3RD PERSON

Adam was you normal stereotypical 'bad boy' or 'delinquent' and he wore that name like a badge of honour so much it had kinda become his whole personality in a way he always had to find something to push the fact that the rumours were right about him an why people should be scared of him bit that all changed when in the 7th grade in middle school a new boy joined Nathan and after that what was known as a new rivalry was formed no one knew how it started but it just happened

It was now 6 years later on Sunday afternoon the sky was a peach like colour slowly setting and Adam was slowly rocking himself on a swing with the cool breeze gently running down his back and nothing bit the sound of the rusted swing creaking with every movement Adam sat lost in his own thoughts and how school started again tomorrow

Adam's pov

As I rocked gently in the old rusted swing I thought about the horror of tomorrow and that thing I have to see tomorrow to make things even worse Mr. Smith made a new setting plan I know mad right? First a setting plan now I find out every history lesson I have to sit next to that knob Nathan tomorrow's going to he such a drag. I continued to complain in my head as I heard some footsteps behind me as I turn around I see the Devil himself Nathan or should i say Nina?

Just a little thing Nathan gets so easily worked up over anything and everything so I call him Nina for short it gets on his nerves well enough and I love to get on his nerves by saying it so I smirked and I looked over my shoulder at him
Adam: "Oi- Nina what brings you here?"

I empathise when I said Nina and Nathan huffed and crossed his arms with slight annoyance in his movements, he stood there for a second like he was waiting for me to say more before he spoke again in a low growl
Nathan: "waiting for friends you?"

Nathan walked closer and leaned against the stand of the swings as I turned my body to face him
Adam: "you have friends?" I tested still with the same smug look on my face I didn't really know why I was here I just didn't want to go back just yet, also I was not sticking around if him and his 'friends' would be here it one thing to deal with Nathan daily but his friends just make it harder to stand him I don't know how thay can stick together but let's be honest the lot of them are just a waste of room so maybe that's why they work so well together or maybe it's just me who has that thought.

Nathan looks at me blankly for a while like he wanted to say something but didn't know what to say but all he did was huff it was... odd normally he would have a big reaction to me calling him that or he would retaliate with some half ass snarky comment but he didn't this time. What a let down. I got bored and got up from the swings and looked back at him for a moment and shrugged
Adam: "not going to say something? Cats got your tongue?" It looked like Nathan jumped out of his skin when I spoke
Nathan just shrugged at me it was out of charter for him anyway. What was up with him?

I sighed and walk off out the park and back down the road trying to think of why he acted like that probably because he always thought he was better then me. As if he's better then me. Oh please he could only dream I mean that's why he didn't say anything right he thought he was too good for me. Right?

Nathan's pov

I look down at my phone one new text from Dala it said "hey wanna go down to the park w the others???" I sighed as i read the text I never minded Dala she was a sweet girl but she just loved to hang out a bit to much and at late times another's thing she always used to say others will be there but they never were it was just me and her. I'm sure it means nothing though... right cant be anything

As I walk I look up and see how the sky was a nice pinkish colour slightly setting as I continued to head down to the park I don't know why iwas even bothering it would just be Dala i knew it would just he Dala the wind blew gently behind me the air was just cold enough to still be nice but as I push the rusted gate open and walk in I see instead of Dala the pain himself Adam. He smirked and looked over his shoulder at me
Adam: "Oi- Nina what brings you here?"

I rolled my eyes he has done this for years now it's always the same thing Nina this Nina that I'm tired of it I know he dose it for a reaction
Nathan: "waiting for friends... you?"

I mean I was waiting for friends even though i knew it would end up being just Dala. I noticed how I spoke more timidly and less confidence then I would have normally but are you going to do cant go back now.

I crossed my arms and walk up to the swings he said something else but I kinda zoned out a little as I leaned against the swings stand I never really notice how he had such nice brown wavy hair the way it shined in the sun and looked so soft and well styled... OMG Nathan what are you on about?! Who thinks like this?

Finally my eyes looked down and I saw Adam face his confused look snaped me back to reality as I released i missed everything he said the last thing just caught was
Adam: ".....cat got your tongue?"
I didn't know what he said so I just stood there blankly and I watch slightly embarrassment as he got up and shrugged and walked off...
What. Was. That. Nathan...
