My sisters and Mom busy on keeping their balance on. Meanwhile Dad, he stood by the sideway with his phone.
I slid to him. "Hey, Dad."
"Is something wrong, Sweetie?" He asked as he quickly locked the screen and slid it into his pocket.
"No, actually. But why are you staying here? Shouldn't we have fun in the middle of the ring?"
"I was just replying some messages," he replied calmly.
"Okay," I said before awkward silence took over. "Dad, do you still remember the Ballet I used to dance in front of you and Mom?"
He laughed, "Still want to break your nose again?"
"Well, I've been practicing it lately. Would you like to be my partner?" I asked.
He thought about it for a moment but I already knew the answer, "Why of course, my lady."
I took my Dad's hand before we slid into the center of the ring. I prepared my self a little bit. Before I started to dance with my Dad.
As soon as we got into the spinning part. I mentally wished my self all the lucks left so that I won't embarresed my self on this ring. And then I spinned.
It was pretty dizzy, thought. But Dad held my hand all the time. So, I continued it again.
As we finished, we got applause from the other skaters. "Thank you," I said to them. "You too, Dad," I whispered and faced him.
"You're welcome, Sweetheart," he smiled.
We then slid to the sideways again. My sisters and Mom followed. "We didn't expect that, Dear. But that was really good," my Mom commented.
"Thanks, Mom," I said then hugged her.
"Wish the lads were here to see you, Jane," Jessie said. "Good thing you didn't break your nose again," Jade said. Then I gave Jade 'the finger'.
"Let's drink some shakes," Dad said.
I stayed behind with my Dad. And then the fact that I'm being watched over and Dad will be gone for the what-so-ever-mission hit me hard.
Should I ask him about killer assasin?
Should I ask him when will he return?
Is he going to get mad when he knew that I listened to their conversation?
"Dad," I called.
"Hmm," he hummed as a reply.
"Can I ask you a question?" I asked. His facial experssion turned a little bit. He put on the strong and fierce mask, again.
But then he soothed, "Anything."
I need to ask him about it. I do, I need...
"Why are you letting us using our real surname? Back in America we changed our surname for God-Knows-How-Many. I mean we changed our surname each time me, Jade, and Jessie got kicked out of our school. What makes you letting us using our surname again in here, in England?"
"I thought you might know what's the reason is," Dad replied with a smile.
"We won't got kicked out of the school, anymore. But how?"
"That, my dear. Is only me and your Mom, who are only allowed to know the reason."
I nodded, "Thanks, Dad."
"You're welcome. Do you still have another question? Because you seem stressed by it?"
"You weren't a Boxer, were you? You're more as a soldiar, someone related to military."
