"Make a wish!" Elle says to the twins as they blow out their birthday candles, which in relight themselves

Hallie successfully blows out her candles, she look over at her brother with a smirk
"Come on man! Blow, baby blow!" Morgan teases

"I thought you are a full of a hot air Reid" Elle chuckles

"Come on, Spencer" Morgan encourages

"Hallie, help me" Spencer says to his sister
