"MAX VERSTAPPEN, YOU ARE THE WORLD CHAMPION!"

"No!"

Nora Aden screamed at the top of her lungs as she watched the television, her dark eyes wide as her brain pieced it all together what was happening.

Her hands grabbed a hold of her wooden coffee table resting in the middle of her living room, near to where her knees were since she had been on the edge of her sofa, and forced it upwards, sending it flying across the room in her rage.

The contents of what had been laying on top of the table had gone everywhere too, and that included her water, her three empty water bottles, the television remote, a bowl of popcorn, and her mobile phone.

Her eyes narrowed in to slits as she noticed the new World Champion on her screen, her hand grabbing the phone of her younger brother who had been sitting beside her, and launching it towards the television screen in an attempt to get the Dutch man, Max Verstappen off her screen.

Instead, it caused a loud cracking sound to fill the duos ears, having both been from the phone that she had thrown and the television which now was stuck frozen on Max's face, a large crack across most of the screen.

"What was that for? You've broken my phone and the TV!"

Her brother, Assad, yelled at her in annoyance, having been looking forward to watching the last race of the two thousand and twenty one season in Formula One.

Nora rolled her eyes in distaste of her brother, lifting her hand up to his face, pushing him harshly back down on to the sofa, hearing him grumble at her attitude.

It wasn't his fault that Max Verstappen had won instead of Lewis Hamilton and yet, he seemed to be the brunt of her anger.

Well, after the coffee table and the television, obviously.

The Aden girl walked towards the wrecked coffee table in order to grab her phone before picking it up and heading towards her bedroom so that she could let out her frustrations more, without being criticised by her brother.

Her leg ached as she walked, her hand clutching at her hip as she rushed up the stairs, which did not help the pain at all, in fact it made it a lot worse.

As she made it in to her bedroom, the young woman collapsed against her door both in sadness and in agony as the burning pain in her leg and hip became almost too much for her, crystal clear tears leaving her eyes and falling down her cheeks as she struggled to move, to breathe, to talk.

Her mind couldn't believe that Lewis Hamilton hadn't managed to get his eighth world title, instead that of Max Verstappen had managed to get his first instead, based only on the result of that final race.

Her body, however, couldn't believe that she had moved so suddenly and with so much power and rage, since she knew how weak her body had been, especially the lower half, since she was in a bad accident a few years ago.

It always took so much energy out of her on a normal day and it was not a normal day.

Nora was forced to move on her stomach to army crawl towards her bedside table, since that was where her painkillers were, and even though they wouldn't be able to get rid of all of the pain, nothing had been able to do that, it would be able to get rid of some of it.
