"Ahhh...sir..sir please leave us we really don't know anything. Ahhh..." There were many pleading , screams, and painful groan were heard inside the room.

In a dark room, many bodies were hanged upside down with each of the getting beaten by hunters.

"What the hell were you all doing ? How did the poison enter her body? Tell me?" A man with a large physique asked.

"Si..sir, we really don't know. Please, sir, leave us.. please, " They pleaded.

"Sir, still they are not ready to open their mouth. " Josh whispered , turning to his boss, who was sitting behind the glass wall watching his men beating Avni's guards.

"Sir...sir..I...remember. Today when in mehta house, sir asked ma'am wait inside his car that time a girl came to ma'am requesting her to buy cookies. " One of the guards said.

"Continue till they faint and then admit them to the hospital. " Neil instructed.

"I want all the details as soon as possible. " Neil said before leaving for his private hospital where Avni was admitted.

After she fainted, she was taken to the hospital where after some check up, doctor concluded that she wasn't pregnant. Instead, a special type of drug had been found inside her body, which unbalanced her hormonal level, which appeared like pregnancy harmone, but in reality, it was damaging her intestinal region.

"Just handle the fu*King Liam, or if I took the matter in my hand, then it will leave no tranceof him behind. " Neil said angrily over the call before disconnecting it. Liam was a mafia leader in the region of Europe who was again and again trying to interrupt his business, making Neil angrily.

"Now, if you have got over with this act of yours, then can we leave for home. " Neil asked, entering inside her room, sitting in front of her.

"You are so bad. Here I have been poisoned, and you are taunting me. " Avni said.

"It was your fault. Anyways, let's leave." He said, standing up and started to walk with long strides, making Avni run behind when he heard her.

"Hey...hey..Khanna, stop. " Avni said, running behind.

"See this man here, his wife couldn't able to stand properly, and he is making her run behind. " Avni said, trying to match his strands, which was nearly impossible due to her short legs.

Hearing her, he slowed his speed, letting her match his steps.

"I am hungry. " Avni mumbled, rubbing her stomach, sitting on the passenger seat.

"I am hungry. " Avni said again, but this time turning toward him, who was driving.

"Did you hear me? I said I was hungry. I want food. " Avni spoke again but this time little loudly but then pouted angrily seeing his ignorance.

"You know what.. I don't want to go anywhere with. I told you so many times that I am hungry but you , you won't listen to me. Now I will have it from myself, you just stop the car. " Avni said.

"Shut up, and now if you even spoke a word, then I am gonna throw you out of the running car. " Neil dangerously glaring, making her shut her mouth.

Avni kept starting out the whole drive. It was already late at night , rats were having a war inside her tummy as she didn't have anything from last night except a piece of pastry she bought from a street girl. Meanwhile, he kept ignoring her grumbling stomach.

Reaching their destination, Neil stopped the car, making Avni run inside without speaking anything to him.

It was nearly dawn. Avni was in the kitchen trying to cook or can say, messing around when suddenly she heard someone.

"What are you doing?" Neil, who came from the garden, asked.

Avni, who heard him, twisted her lips while narrowing her eyes to him kept doing her work without replying.

"I asked you something? What are you doing? And this knife shouldn't be held this way. " Neil said.

"I am doing Kathak. Wanna join me? And I will hold the knife like the way I want. Who are you to teach...Ouch..." Avni told him angrily when suddenly by mistake she cut her finger.

" This is what I was saying. If you will hold it from this above, then you will cut hand instead of veggies. Now get aside and tell me what you are making ? That to at this time?" He asked glancing at his watch with showed 3 in the morning.

"Now get aside, don't stand like that. Put your finger in the running water it will stop bleeding. " He said, making her nod silently.

"Now tell what we're you making?" He asked once she came back.

"I dont know. I was just checking. . " She said making him nod.

" Okay, you sit and let me make something for you" He said before boiling the pasta then started to take out all the ingredients needed.

" Why are you doing this? Weren't you the one who kept me hungry till this late ." She complained after settling herself on the counter, munching on the carrot which was kept near.

"Well, first of all. I didn't ask you not to eat anything from yesterday night. You yourself did it, and you were the to ignore your health , then when finally had it , it was poisoned. So from where is it my mistake." He said, making him pout as whatever he said was right. She didn't do anything because she was feeling upset with her parents. But will she accept her fault no, a big no.

"It was you who agreed to go to my house for pagphere, when I clearly decline but you didn't listen because of which I got upset and didn't eat. And today you didn't stop the car when I said I am hungry , so somewhere you are the reason. " She said, making him look at her unbelievably.

"Now, why are you looking at me. Do your work, " She ordered, making him look at her, but then he again continued to cut the veggies.

"Are you sure that you are a girl? Because you don't seem like one. Like, really, who doesn't know cooking?" He taunted.

" Can't you talk to me properly. And yeah, hoti hai mere jaisi ladkiya. It's not necessary for every girl to cook. And you know I always wanted to marry a chef. So that I could eat special dishes every day. " She said, making him chuckle.

"Too bad, but you married me. " He said.

"Yeah, but don't worry, I will leave soon. "She said, making him stop in his pace for a second, but then he again continued chopping.

"But you don't worry. I will not let your grandma know anything. " She continued eanwhile he kept doing his work.

"Here it's ready. " he said taking off the apron and turned around to move out when he felt a soft hold on his wrist.

Feeling someone's hold he turned and saw her holding his hand while staring down, then upped her lashes toward him and slowly shake her head making him raise his eye brow ,confusingly.

"Don't go." She said.

Hello everyone, I know you must have got bored with this story somewhere. The reason can be many like late update, boring story line , wrong grammar etc..etc. TBH, I myself am trying to bring a good story line .Maybe the story concept or theme will be changed, but I believe plots will be more reasonable. So just wait a little. I am trying to implement the new story line.
