In the eyes of our society, if you are married, they'll label you as the most cultured woman. If it's a love marriage, then you are considered modern and mannerless before the marriage, but afterward, you are expected to become a good housewife.
It doesn't matter if you are compelled or attracted; Nandini is in the same situation. When she is attracted to Manik, that's okay, but then her desire to make Manik hers can be a curse. Why does she want or have to have her sister's husband? She doesn't know that Manik and Alia's marriage was annulled. Still, it was her place to want everything. Does it make any sense to her?

After lunch, Mukthi and Nandini joined a gathering with Mukthi's friends. Nandini, being in her second trimester of pregnancy, couldn't walk or show her irritation on her face. Mukthi observed all this, so she asked Nandini to come to their friends' gathering party.
Mukthi introduced everyone to Nandini as Manik's love interest. They were all aware that Manik had divorced Alia after the MMS scandal. Now, seeing Nandini with a huge belly made them think otherwise. They never commented negatively on her, but some sweet talks can sting more than harsh words.
Mukthis' 1st friend: "So, Nandini, you work for Manik, and it started from there to here, right?" she asked, pointing at her huge belly.
Mukthis' 2nd friend: "What are you asking? It's just how it is... Didn't Alia fight for her right? After all, he's her husband... Sisters can share everything, but a husband is like winning the lottery," she said, chuckling slightly, as if she were joking with her.
Mukthis' another friend : "arey mard raise hi hothe hein jab ghar mein kuch an mile tho who bahar dundne lagthehein...nandini akeli hai toh kaam asaani se hogaya." she said it because her boyfriend ditched her in the same way.
All the others were whispering among themselves, sharing gossip and rumors about them.
Mukthi: That's all it is, isn't it? What can you do? They loved each other. It doesn't matter if Alia was there or not.
Mukthis' another friend : "aise nahi he toh manik shaadi kyu nahi karrahe nandini se, abb toh ghar ka waris bhi aarahe, tumhare dadi dadu bhi manik ko kuch kyu nahi kehrahe?" she asked as she can see that something is amiss between their family.
Mukthis' 3rd friend: "It can't be pure, Mukthi. She has to bear for a lifetime that she was pregnant with her brother-in-law's child... My sympathy is towards Nandini only. Alia can be a bitch for all that I care, but Nandini asked for it, knowing all the other factors, right?" she said, expressing her concern. She saw Nandini as more naive than anything, being a firm believer in God.
Mukthi: "Now it is bhai's decision, and we can't interfere in his life... but she is good, and my family has accepted her as a family member," she said to all her friends. They fell silent, recognizing that it was their family matter.
Mukthis' another friend: "agar aisa nahi he toh nandini kab ka aapki family member banchuki hogi with proper rituals you know...nandini tu bata teri koi dushmani he kya iss familyse, yaa manik tumpe koi revange plan tho nahi karra?" She asked, subtly planting a seed of mistrust in Nandini's mind.
Mukthis' 3rd friend : "Whoever it is, Mukthi, we have borne some misfortunes for one mistake we had done in the past... She can't expect good from this," she said, showing concern towards Nandini. Nandini watched her, and Mukthi's friend nodded in response.
After hearing all these things, Nandini spoke up. "I know I was wrong, but my longing for happiness compelled me to do it. This society may label me as a mistress, but I can't go back and live my life alone. I don't know about Manik, but I am very happy to be part of this family. It may be a little late, but it will happen with proper rituals," she said, her voice breaking as a tight knot formed in her throat.
After bidding farewell to all of them, Mukthi apologized to Nandini for her friends' behavior. Nandini simply nodded her head without paying much attention to the apology.

On the other side, Manik, Cabir, Arjun, and Reyansh watched as their henchmen carried out a cruel act on Vishwa. Vishwa had been transported directly to this godown early in the morning, his nerves visible through his forehead.
Arjun: "Whatever I did till now was to obtain that formula which is in that locker... but you just outsmarted us, Vishwa. And what is Miss Fernandez doing in this drama of yours?"
reyaansh : "aur kya hoga bhayya, bhaisaab ka chakkar chalraha tha madam ke saath...jab aap mujhe follow karneko bolatha, tab alia bhi inke saath thi... then I understood alia was in their plan, use peecha churana bahot easy tha bhayya, kyunki alia khud kaafi hai apne aapko barbaad karnekeliye."
Cabir : "dad bhai ko pehlese hi shaq tha alia pe, and humare ghar mein ye apna plan discuss karrethe bolo, aisa kon kartha hein vishwa ji?"
Vishwa: "sorry manik, please mujhe chodhdo...i was greedy for money issiliye tumhe iss project me partner banneko bola...sorry sorry....sor..r..y"
Vishwa hiccupped in between. "Sorry," he said, knowing that the morning would be his yamakaal bhuvantha (death trap). Cabir laughed at his confession because they already knew it.
Manik : "what do you think mein tumhe maafkardunga?..."By the way, you know, you and Alia were never my targets?" socho koun hoga.
Then he realized and widened his eyes, seeing each of them gulping their saliva. Arjun was more cunning than him. Wanting to confirm it, he asked again.
"but I did nothing wrong and bhai tho kabhi kisise dushmani mol nahi lethe...tho aapko woh formula kyu chahiye thi?" he was nervous about the crime that he did in the past.
reyaansh : pehle tu bataaye miss.fernandez kaha see aayi apni story me?
The henchman beat him with the prickly rod on his knee, while another man grabbed his head to open his mouth and poured chili water into it. He coughed violently for some time and gestured for them to stop.
Manik asked them to stop and tied him to the chair with ropes. "Speak...! If you pause, you'll get chilly water. I don't have much time." As Manik said this, his phone rang, and the caller was Nandini. His heart raced, but his face remained stone-faced. Cabir looked at him but said nothing.
"Making his breath slow, he muttered everything out. "When bhai was in college, Miss Fernandez, bhai, and bhabhi were friends. Bhai and Bhabhi were in love, and Miss Fernandez was jealous of Bhabhi. This love triangle was confirmed when Miss Fernandez tried to make her move in front of Bhai. Bhabhi was insecure, so to make her feel secure, bhai married her without amma's permission."
"They thought Amma would forgive them at some point, but I was there to ensure she wouldn't. Whenever Amma tried to call bhai home, I would do something to make her hate them. With this, the business was under my control. Bhai and Bhabhi were working for a private company. One day, Miss Fernandez contacted me and told me about my bhai's achievement of some formula which was very precious for the company."
"That formula could dictate a country with its fingers. Although they ended their friendship with Miss Fernandez, bhabhi was a little softened towards her because it wasn't her fault to fall for Bhai; she understood her one-sided feelings of love. But Miss Fernandez was envious of their life and love, and the byproduct (Nandini) of their love. She was like snake venom underneath the facade of a sweet lady and regularly visited the house after Nandini's birth. However, her revenge was taking time. When Nandini was five, she introduced a man into her life and claimed that he was abusive towards her. Bhabhi took a stand for her friend and brought her into their home."
He breathed out his raging words on his brother and sister-in-law, but a punch landed on his mouth for showing his anger in front of the Malhotras'.
