Mayank became furious and his face was burning with rage and anger after hearing Samarth saying such things about his sister.

He began beating Samarth and all his friends joined in. Samarth was fighting back with all his efforts but he was weak as he was already tired from his cricket practice. Whole university gathered there. Samarth's friends came running as they got informed about the fight.

Someone called the professor, who was finally able to stop it all.

Professor: You guys are just out of control!!
And Samarth this was not expected from you at least. You are the head boy of this university how can you involve yourself in such matters.
Meet me in my office after 2p.m. you both. Understood???

"Yes sir" they both replied.

Mahira's POV:
I was so traumatized watching all this fight which was happening because of me and all I could do is nothing!!
As soon as the professor sort out the matter, Mayank held my hand and started dragging me towards the dorm.

I looked back at Samarth thinking that he might be very angry but as soon as our eyes meet, he just smiled tenderly ( Oh god this smile is gonna kill me one day for sure).

I don't know why but I was so worried for Samarth as he was struggling to hide the pain behind his smile.

Mayank stopped suddenly making Mahira face him.

Mayank:
Listen me carefully Mahira! This is my first and last warning. Don't you ever be seen with that boy. He is just a spoiled brat of a rich family, who want nothing but money and fame in his life. Have you looked at the way he talked to me about you?? He just use people for his own good and then leave them at their worse.

Mahira:
But Bhaiya, can you atleast explain me what happened between you two?? I can't judge him without knowing the whole story from both side.

Mayank:
Mahira!! This is the lawyer inside you speaking. Just forget about the story. I will tell you about it some other day. Now go in your room and take rest!! You must be tired.
(Mayank ordered Mahira with the visible care in his tone)

Mahira:
But bhaiya!!!!!

Mayank:
Your curiosity will never get over, little dumbo!!

Mahira:
Don't you dare call me like that again.. otherwise I will not talk to you!!

Mayank:
Ok! Miss, now go get some rest.

Mahira(giggling):
Hmm!! that's more like my brother.

Mahira's POV:
After all the drama in the campus I kept thinking about the reason behind this huge rivalry.
I came out of the lift and checked the no. on the room, "Room 108"...Finally got it!! I opened the door and this was where my new life begins.

(Giggling) You friends are actually really creative to give you such a unique pet name.
