Adams pov

the second I leave I glare at Maddie. there's no way my ex was just in my girlfriends place. holy shit.

"babe? I'm not mad but why?"

she shrugged

"I couldn't say no"

I scoff and and look her in the eyes my eyes cold and expression hard. it softens as soon as she blinks at me with an innocent look on her face.

"yea I guess your the person to think that."

she smiles as I wrap my arm around her and kiss her cheek.

"its okay I guess but ya ain't becoming like friends"

she makes a fake gagging sound and I laugh. Oliver and lili come out from there room and Olivier sighs and raises and eyebrow at me I shrug and kiss her fourhead.

"oh babe before you left you called and said you-" I start but she interupts me.

"I have something to tell you yea I do"

she nods at Lili and Lili drags Olivier into there room again.

"what's up baby?"

I don't know if I should be nervous I think so well good cause I am. I hope shes okay. but no matter what I know to be supporting and comfort her.

"well when I was 15 my friends were going to a bar I joined them. I met a guy named alex he was nice at least I thought. we started hanging out then he got drunk. he asked for sex I said no and he tried anyway he told me it was okay t-then raped me.my friends all lied and told everyone it never happened. that's why I didn't have like anyfriends besides lil cause she was there and saw it she defended me and we became best friends after."

                  ~~three hours later~~

I wake up on the couch Maddie laying on top of me. I kiss her head and slowly and carefully mover her off of me.

I go to the kitchen and grab a water. I sit on a barstool and drink my water.

Oliver walks out of the room shirtless wearing only grey sweatpants hanging low on his hips. he runs a hand threw his hair and sits next to me.

"uh so-"

I look at him as he stops talking.

I look at maddie the sigh and rest my head on the counter.

"Maddie was raped awhile ago by a guy named alex."

his mouth makes a small o and he looks at Maddie then me.

"adam you-" i interupt him "I know okay? but I cant let this dude live. he raped maddie."

Maddie wakes up when I raise my voice.

I get up and pick her up she wraps her arms and legs around me. I whisper in her ear.

"you have to get ready Lili will help Oliver and I are going to my dads house thats wear my nice stuff is"

she nods into my neck then un-tightens her legs and arms

I set her on the couch then grab my car keys.

"bye baby see you when I pick you up"

she smiles at me "bye"
