✎ ̼NOTES ⩩ only the leader makes the participation grades. write it as you feel out of 10. don't discuss participation grades, just make sure that they're on the submitted form. leaders be wary, you should be honest about participation grades, the headmaster may adjust them if you aren't. ⩩ you only need make a group intro, not a group name. your group name will be: "___ trainees". ⩩ some factors to consider for the center: stage presence, dance, (depending on the song) charisma/aegyo. ⩩ make threads to keep all your conversations organized ex. "discussion" "stats" "intro ideas" (not required but can make keeping track of everything easier). ⩩ please be aware that not everyone is on the same time zone! if you're zooming ahead and realize that some people haven't said anything, maybe slow down and wait for them ^^ ⩩ look at the approved songs list for info about song selection!
