𝓞𝓾𝓻 𝓟𝓪𝓻𝓪𝓭𝓲𝓼𝓮 [LEVIXREADER]

One- after 3 years

I was walking around the underground until my best friend, Levi, came to say something "Y/n" Levi called out "what's up?" I asked asked him "me, Isabel and Farlan are leaving for the surface if the survey Corps actually come after us" Levi said in his usual deadpan tone.

"Your what?" I asked voice cracking "you heard me" he said "you can't Levi, you- just why would you do this" I asked Levi entirely expecting one answer "for citizenship on the surface" Levi replied "Levi please don't go I'll have no one left if you farlan and Isabel leave" I begged "I'm sorry but we would take you if you were with us that day we can't just show up with you there suddenly" Levi admited, you let out a tired sigh.

There was a long awkward pause "Hey, Levi" I said breaking the silence "Hmm?" he hummed "If you farlan and Isabel are leaving, promise me you'll protect yourselves" I asked "Y/n things are gonna be unpredictable up there-" he started "Then if only one of you make it out alive, meet me here someday I'll be waiting" I said to him "Fine Y/n" he finally gave in.

"Promise?"

"I promise, trust me"

It's been a few hours since Levi, Isabel, and Farlan left I felt pretty lonely so I just wandered the underground the few creepy men passing by every now and again I eventually stopped and stared at where Levi use to live seeing a few people staring at it as well, before I continued walking silently mumbling six words, three simple words three names 'see you soon, Levi, Isabel, Farlan'.

I just walked around until a military police member walked up to me "hey ma'am" the military police member voiced "yes?" I replied to him "I'm gonna need to ask you a few questions" he said.

"Okay?" I said a little suspicious of the man while also gripping the knife in my pocket out of sight currently it looks like my hand is in my pocket.

"Are you Ms. Y/n L/n" he asked "that's me" I replied "your gonna need too come with me" he said.

A few years later
(this is before wall maria fell)

There was no doubt that I as a woman in my twenties fear death too some extent but being forced to join a regiment where death is almost certain about 3 years ago and still haven't met the commander and don't know if my friends are still alive is quite tough if you ask me there's an expedition today I hate rushing but it's been three years like that, rushy.

But over my three years of being in the military I made one friend who's quite annoying and Titan-crazed, hange, sure she's a good friend but sometimes annoying and came up with the nickname, pumpkin, to refer too me as.

"Pumpkin" a familiar brunette sounds from directly behind me making me jolt to stand up straight "you scared the shit out of me" I say alarmed "I'm sorry pumpkin but I had too" she inquiries "but I met someone a while ago a few days before you came" she says "name?" I ask knowing she only saw and knew their name "you might know him he came a few days before you did, I'm telling because I'm realizing he's also from the underground" she pauses before adding "his names Levi" she added "oh yeah he also brought two friends with him one girl one boy, the boys name was 'furlan church' the girls name was 'Isabel magnolia' but furlan and Isabel are dead now" she says.

Great I lived all this time thinking all three were dead "I knew them" I say "except I'm happy too know one of them survived" I say semi annoyed that I didn't see Levi around then again were all too fucking busy.

"Well why don't you tell me about your life when you were in the underground" she says now of all times I choked on my saliva before finally saying "what?" I say clearly surprised she brought it up "tell me" she begs before I raise my hand in a jokingly way pretending to slap her "okay okay don't then" she says

The expedition began.

I was in charge of holding extra horses in the right flank of the formation "hange!" I heard moblit scream in the distance I look back and see hange killing an aberrant nobody had noticed except hange and moblit who also had extra horses.

I looked back ahead a random Titan came out of nowhere causing me too lose the extra Horses along with my own and fall flat on the ground same with hange and moblit we were the farthest back in the right flank of the formation so of course no one noticed that there was a Titan about to kill three people.

The Titan was next to hange and moblit about to kill them moblit trying his best to run and keep hange away from the Titan while I got ready too kill it and managed to kill it.

"Let's find those damn horses!"I call too hange and moblit already starting to look around when theres someone coming over with three horses not extras mine, hanges, and moblits.

"Nevermind" I mumble actually recognizing the figure from their eye color and hair color Levi?!.

I just walked over too hange and moblit eventually once close enough Levi stopped getting off of his own horse too hand us our horses hange took her same as moblit then came too me "long time no see, Levi" I pointed out "same too you" he says after a moment after I took my horse.

It's been an hour since we got back from the expedition (because me hange and moblit were left behind and Levi found our horse's and everyone had no faith in us being alive) and I've had a bit of a catch up with Levi and it's visible he's lost a lot of trust in me (annoying ass years of separation).

I was peacefully reading a book in the dormitory until I hear a familiar voice "pumpkin" hange sings I just hummed in reply trying too finish reading my page "do you wanna go on a walk with me" she asks "I know that if I say no you'll drag me along anyway or go bother someone else and if they say no you'll come back and bother me until I say yes so, sure" I said really fast.

I proceeded too go on a walk with hange just walking too the river nearby then going too the bakery for snacks.
