the phenomenon of past lives has been around for centuries— dating back to as far as the 17th century. people claiming to have been able to access the memories that they had once lived through by meditation. for andrew and francis, it was different.
while most people would want to access their old memories, the two teenagers have no choice but to live through it. uncontrollable flashes where they'd see moments, and even entire scenes. sometimes they'd live through a day in their dreams.
the explanation for these weren't available. not from family nor from the doctors their parents refused to take them to. they felt like they were going insane. but as the years have gone by, they've started to realize just how much more sinister and dark this power truly is.
