The next day Lucy stops by the station with Sadie just to grab something but Sadie sees Tim Sadie:daddy before Lucy could grab her she ran off and grabs Tims leg Tim:hi baby Lucy:Sadie

Angela:Tim.  Tim :i know ang i will do it Friday ok Angela:fine the week is going by slow its Wednesday Tims had a bad day Lucy sees Tim sitting at a desk alone in the dimly lit station she knows he had a rough day after. Case involving a child turned horrible so she decided to talk to him Lucy:hey Tim:oh hey Lucy:are you ok Tim:im fine Lucy:Tim. Tim:im good i just hate these cases Lucy sighs and looks down at him avoiding her Lucy:why don't you stop by say hi to babygirl Tim looks up at Lucy and smiles Tim:thanks Lucy:no problem i hate these cases to i can't imagine not seeing her today after that Tim:yeah ill be over soon i just need to finish this report and im done Lucy:alright see you in a bit Tim finishes his work changes out and heads to Lucys Lucy:Sadie the door is for you baby She runs over and sees Tim Sadie:daddyyy Tim:hi baby come here he wraps her in a hug and doesn't let go he just holds her tight Sadie:daddy I can't breathe Tim:sorry baby Sadie:do you wanna see my new stuffed animal Tim looks up at Lucy who shakes her head yes Tim:i would love to she takes his hand and pulls him to her bedroom and she picks up a stuffed horse Tim:ooh look at that he has her sitting on his lap sitting on her bed Tim:whats this ones name Sadie:buttercup Tim:of course Lucy watches as they talk about the toy and communicate she gets sad that she can't have this every day Tim:hey you ok Lucy:im fine ill be right back she goes into the kitchen just to have a minute Tim leaves Sadie in her room and walks out to check on her and sees her crying in the kitchen Tim:hey whats wrong Lucy:oh uh nothing im fine Tim:Luce talk to me just forget everything thats going on between us for a minute Lucy:it just made me feel sad and guilty that she doesn't get to have this every night you and me getting her ready for bed and holding her us going out as a family it hurts despite what you think it is hard for me Tim:I shouldn't have said its not hard for you i know it is im sorry Lucy:thanks im sorry i have been kind of a jackass lately Tim:thats alright i probably deserved a good amount of it Lucy kind of chuckles Tim slide over next to her some more and grabs her hand he figured she would pull away but she actually scoots closer and hugs him Lucy:is it ever gonna be normal again Tim:i hope so not just for us but for her Lucy:thank you Tim
