And L, a genius, a wicked delight.
Their lives entwined in such a deadly game,
As they dance with death, their fates the same.
Light's heart, a prison of his own,
L's mind, a labyrinth of unknown.
A shinigami's power, a tool of fate,
The fearsome Death Note, a weapon of debate.
With it, Light seeks to change the world,
While L, with cunning, seeks to unfurl.
The battles between fierce, their minds so sharp,
As they race to outsmart and outlast.
But in the end, who would be the last?
The one who holds the Death Note, the last.
