PERSONALITY: Samson is often seen as a serious and quiet individual, though he often has a very open and flirty side when alone with someone. Or when he's in his Lupin Ranger form. He has a tendency to mess with his opponents in fights when in his Lupin Ranger form, while having a more confident and stern style of fighting in his Pataranger form.
BACKSTORY: Samson was a young boy who lived in a poor area of a large city. Having to watch on as the life of those who lived at a higher class went on. As him and his family lived this poor life. Seeing how the "heroes" of the world paid the people of this lower class no mind. Showing that they didn't care what happened to them. Upon seeing this Samson decided to take matters into his own hands. Becoming that of a person who will truly help those in need and become the biggest thorn in the side of the heroes and government. Becoming a officer who would do anything to protect the weak and innocent from those who would cause them harm, Pataranger Silver Chief. And a Phantom Thief who'd becoming a thorn in the side of the Heroes and the corrupt wealthy, Lupin Sliver Shadow. Making companions on both sides as well who knows his secrets and plays along with him to show their feelings on the matter as well.
