Once we landed on the door, Talayla opened the double doors, she looked passed her shoulder to glance at us.

"And now, ta-da!" Talayla told us before opening the doors to reveal a bedroom causing us to be in shock.
So shocked that we dropped our jaws down in complete shock, seeing that this wasn't what we had expected or thought

As we dropped our luggage bags, taking it all in Mariposa touched her chest, and so did I
"Wow!" Mariposa said, her hand in her chest in complete shock, trying to take it all in.

We were looking at the thick vines with sharp thorns, sharp buds, and those horrible flowers as the centerpiece of the room.
