We meet again

Chapter 1

 If she only knew what was missing. I have a perfect life and everything is somehow in place, but again I don't know what's missing. I feel it. Now I just have to solve the completed exams and then I go far from here on a vacation that I really deserve. I may find there what I am missing, but who knows.

"Honey?" I turned my head to my mom and looked at her. She was somehow happy and somehow could barely contain her smile. I think it brings good news.

"Please, Mom?" I dropped the book to my knees and looked at it. I don't think I've separated from the book in the last month, and I'm just finishing third grade. I'm going to the neighborhood soon and then it'll be crazy.

"Your father and I have arranged everything for our vacation, which starts tomorrow!" - I can only look forward to it tomorrow. Today I have so much work to do, and in just a few hours my school starts and I have a few important exams. School creates too much stress for me and it has always been that way.

"What are we going to do?" - her smile disappeared as soon as she saw that I was not excited. I can't be excited about something right now, but I will later when it's all over.

"My boss found a temporary job at a spa in France . Let's go to France! "- zaskviči by it and tried to persuade me to do the same thing, but I could not. I looked in the book and saw how much I still had to learn. My suitcase is full of it. I can't wait to go on vacation which I think will be great. Summer starts soon, and I'll be there all summer. I hope to find friends there.

" J'apprends , j'attendrai ça plus tard !" She looked at me confused, and I laughed at her expression when I said that.

"It means I'm learning in French and I'll be looking forward to it later!" - it took her a few moments to understand what I said, and then she laughed. I have been learning French since I was little and I know each of their cultures and much more because France is one of my favorite places.

"Give me a saying in French to brag about in front of your father!" - I looked around trying to remember some saying that is very good, and then I looked at my mother.

" Aussitôt dit , aussitôt fait ." - she looked up trying to find that quote somewhere on my posters , but it is not there because I did not put it, although it has a very good meaning.

"What does that mean?" She finally looked at me and spread a smile that told me to start talking quickly about what it meant.

"Simply put, but done!" - she came to me and kissed my head.

"How did you say in French that your brain would evaporate from so much learning?" I laughed, but she looked at me with that strange look that I thought she was thinking more than seriously now. I swallowed and laughed.

" Avec autant d'apprentissage , votre cerveau s'évaporera !" She waved a finger at me and I laughed weakly at her.

"As soon as I'm done with this lesson, I'll play the piano a bit and I'll go to school, I promise !" She shook her head, and I raised my eyebrows. Why is he shaking his head now? What did I say wrong now?

"You'll eat sooner and you'll go!" Shall I bring it to you here or will you come down? "I looked around as if to find an answer, and then I smiled.

"Here!" She nodded, then left the room. Sometimes it can really be scary. That look of hers freezes the blood in your veins. Like he's going to kill you. But she cares about me. He knows how to study day and night. I've been bad all year and now I have to raise the average a bit. It's my own fault, but what can I do. I relaxed a bit after finding a boyfriend and somehow forgot about school. Luckily, my mom and dad never resented me, they were even glad because I finally got away from the book. My mother has now somehow weakened my will to learn. So haven't I really repeated this quite a few times. I read it to myself one more time and then got up. I turned to the door when there was a knock, and then my mom came in with a plate very ready to feed me. It was my favorite red soup and after puree with meat. As far as I could see the meat, I could eat this one. I don't normally eat all kinds of meat, I eat a little meat and that's kind of bad, but luckily I don't train because I wouldn't have the strength for anything.
