Medoshi: Alright, doods? We ready?
K: We've been practicing all week for this. Yes.
Rock: Has anyone see Shingo?
Kula: He's in the back.
Medoshi: Wait here. I'll look for him.
-Backstage-
Medoshi: Shingo! You there?
Shingo: WHATAMIGONNADO? WHATAMIGONNADO? WHATAMIGONNADO?
Shingo is running around scared. I guess he has stage fright.
Medoshi: Shingo, are you okay?
Shingo: Oh, Takahashi-san. I didn't see you there.
Medoshi: Everyone's waiting for you, come on the show's about to start!
Shingo: I'm nervous. That's all. What if I screwed this up?
Medoshi: Dude, everyone's nervous on their first time on stage. It happens. I remember my first time on stage, didn't scared me.
Shingo takes a breather. In and out.
Shingo: *exhales* Okay. I got this.
Medoshi: Good. Now go!
Meanwhile somewhere in the crowd...
Chizuru: Can't believe we get to see Shingo-kun perform on stage!
Kyo: Mhmm...
Kyo is on his phone browsing checking on his emails but Chizuru obeyed him to stop.
Chizuru: Kyo, put the phone a while. Aren't you happy for Shingo?
Kyo: What? Why would I do that? Of course, I want to see Shingo perform.
Hey Chizuru!
Chizuru looked at her right and saw Mary and Terry beside her and Kyo.
Chizuru: Mary! Are you here for Shingo's performance.
Mary: You know I am girl! I got off work early for this.
Terry: Hold on, I need to record this. Gotta send this to Andy and Joe.
Chizuru: Quiet! It's about to start.
The stage lights were pointed directly at Shingo. He gave the mic a one-two tap before saying anything else.
Shingo: Um.. H-hi everybody. My name is Shingo Yabuki and we are the Yabuki Protection Squad. A-And today I'm gonna be performing Blazing Heart. Hope you enjoy!
Everyone cheered in the crowd as loud as they can. Some even encouraging him.
Fan 1: YOU CAN DO THIS, SHINGO!
Fan 2: GO, PROTECTION SQUAD!
Fan 3: LET'S GO, DOODS!
Chizuru: Ganbare, Shingo-kun!
Kyo: Give em hell, Shingo!
Mary: You can do it, hun!
Terry: Hey come on, come on!
(Play song here)
Medoshi started riffing on the guitar first, with Kula on the piano hitting the keys, the Rock adding the drums. Then K' joins in for with a bass. And everyone seems to be enjoying it so far.
