The next day, stephen strange tried to reorganize his life. Starting the day with a tired face, stephen went down to the kitchen to make coffee. Wong was watching TV while having breakfast with toasted brown bread and a glass of tea.

"Morning." Stephen said.
Stephen prepared his own cup and coffee blend to the coffee machine.

Stephen and Wong watched the breaking news quietly. Until Wong went to the kitchen while carrying empty plates and glasses to the sink and washed them.

"You want to go back to teaching the apprentices again when? Starting today or tomorrow?" Asked strange.
"Today. I'm going straight to kamar taj after finishing my coffee. Life has to go on anyway, doesn't it!" Stephen said as he took another sip of his coffee.
"Okay, see you in 15 minutes." Goodbye
Stephen strange spent his time teaching the kamar taj interns. Lunch time arrived. Stephen strange walked through the hallway to the front yard and approached Wong who was watching the apprentices practicing opening portals.
"Lunch time is here, strange. Join the dining hall as usual." Wong said.
"Tomorrow. I now want to eat Mr. Josh's burger. Josh's burger. I miss my favorite burger." said stephen.
"Well enjoy your day." Said wong.
Wearing his daily casual clothes, Stephen strange enjoyed the day walking on the streets of New York to his favorite burger restaurant.
Stephen opened the door of the restaurant and greeted the locals with a light smile.
"Oh strange, nice to see you here again. " Greeted josh
"Sure josh, I'm back in one piece. I'll have the usual josh, cheeseburger with fries and americano ice. " Stephen said.
Looking for a place to sit, Stephen saw Wanda Maximoff enjoying her lunch at a table a little far from the position where Stephen stood.
Stephen took the initiative to approach to greet her.
"Hi, wanda." Greeted stephen
"Oh hi, Stephen." Wanda said smiling back
"Okay. Can I sit down to join you here? I'm also getting ready for lunch." Stephen said.
"Sure. Please." Wanda said.
Stephen sat down opposite wanda. Stephen realized one thing, Wanda was still wearing the same clothes he saw on the newscast.
"How was your day Wanda?" Stephen said trying to chat with Wanda.
"Just feeling relieved. Vision finally got a proper funeral. I'm a little grateful that Stark included Vision as an asset to his company. How was your day, stephen?" Wanda said.
"Perfect. Even though I lost my title as Sorcerer supreme. " Stephen said trying to smile.
Stephen's lunch came.
"Thank you josh." Stephen said.
Josh nodded his head in reply.
"That's okay. You're still a Sorcerer protecting the earth." Wanda said.
"Thank you for your compliment, Miss maximoff." Stephen said amused.
Stephen and Wanda enjoyed their lunch together while chatting and cracking a few jokes. Previously, they had just greeted each other and chatted briefly with the other avengers at Tony Stark's funeral. After lunch, Stephen immediately paid Wanda's food bill. Wanda was a little uncomfortable but accepted it too. They both left the restaurant together.
"No need to feel bad wanda. Think of it as a friend's treat." Stephen said.
"But we're not friends, stephen" Wanda said.
"Then we're friends from now on." Said stephen.
