Tae still couldn't stop thinking why he asked Jungkook to call him by his name.. He is confused that why does he want to open his heart to Jungkook sometimes.. He does know that jungkook is a good guys not like THAT but still his heart is scared to open up..
He sighed..
"Jungkook is in his office now.. Hmm.. Should I call him up for dinner? I very well know how I treated him and he deserves an apology.. "

Jungkook was zoning out sitting in his desk with some papers infront when yoongi came and smacked his head..
"Aishh!! Hyung.. Ouch it hurts..." he pouted
"What are u even doing kook? U were just sitting and staring into nothing? What are u thinking hmm? "
"Nothing just the.. "
"Accident?"
Jungkook turned towards him and nodded..
"C'mon Kook! I guess the situation is calm now.. Let some days go.. Then there will be the "break up" announcement...and you both are free!"

Jungkook's heart ached at the word *break up* and he didnt know why.. He knows that its a fake relationship which will END but he doesn't want it to..?

"anyways! Kook sir asked you to work on the new articles releasing about the new music by the group.. "
"Ahh!  Yes.. Will start then.. ''
"First have ur lunch.. Then start working "
With this Yoongi pulled Jungkook towards the canteen... While jungkook was still in his thoughts..

Later that day..
Tae was still hesitating to call Jungkook not able to find proper words to ask him to come over for dinner.
*what will he even think! That I an disturbing him alot!! *

But he somehow hesitantly dialed his number up..

Jungkook who was editing and going though the articles with alot of focus heard his phone ringing and picked it up without minding to see who it was.
"Hello!" Came his deep voice making Tae go weak on his knees..whenever they would converse it would be Jungkook speaking in a timid voice.
"h-h-ello..J-j-ungkook!"
*Fck! Why did I stutter??*
"Mr.Ki-I mean Ta-taehyung!??"
"Yes Jungkook.. Its me"
"Oh yes yes! You want me to do something for you? Please say!  I will obey..or is there any problem??"
"No no! Calm down jungkook! I j-just wanted to ask if you could come over for dinner tonight if u are free"

Well guess what happened to Jungkook? 😋
Jungkook's heartbeat stopped and he felt like the ground under disappeared..

"um.. Hello?"
"YES" came Jungkook's loud voice making Tae get startled..
"Sorry for my voice.. And yes I am free"
"oh.. Then see you at 8! Will ask soobin hyung to pick you up!"
"T-thank you.. "

They hung up holding their fast and loud beating hearts..for taehyung, it was the first time in a while he invited someone over for dinner and that too an interviewer..
And for Jungkook, it was his first time to dine at a FCKING FAMOUS CELEB'S HOUSE!
Both were anxious and nervous..

"Fck! Its already 7:30pm! And I am still not ready.. Oh my god! I smell bad too.. " Jungkook exclaimed with worry..

Well yes our boy was so into his articles he forgot the time too.. 😾

And Jimin came to his desk at the same time..
"You look in a hurry! Where u going bro?? Date???" he teased
"Shorty listen! Give me a perfume!! Quick!"
"Bich what?? You expect me to help you after calling me shorty?? Mf!
"God sorry! Please jimin hyung hand me your perfume! Please!!
"Hmm.. Thats nice.. Wait! Lemme bring it!"

While Jimin went to bring the perfume, Jungkook kept tapping his feet and looking at the time..

"Here! Take my branded perfume.. " jimin said in a royal voice
Jungkook rolled his eyes and quickly sprayed the perfume on him..

"YOU BICH! SO UNGRATEFUL! WHY DID YOU ROLL YOUR EYES??"
"shorty shut up!" and saying this Jungkook ran to out with jimin behind to see a black car already waiting for him..

Jungkook got in and said
"Pls tell boss that I will be out for tonight and will tell him the reason tomorrow"
while Jimin just stood stunned..
"Wait isnt that Taehyung's manager..?" Jimin thought
"This brat is starting to hide things! Let him come back!"

While Taehyung on the other side didnt know what else to do.. He had already served the food on the table and was ready with his apology speech..

"Pls dont mess up Tae! Stay calm and make ur heart stay calm too!! Ufff!" Tae prayed

When the doorbell rang..

Taehyung hurriedly opened the door to meet a Jungkook with messed up hair and sweat on his forehead.. Their eyes met and Tae felt his cheeks heat up while Jungkook felt insecure about how he looked...
