CAPABILITIES

The user can create, shape and manipulate flowers , they can cause flowers and parts of the flowers, including petals, stems and pollen, to grow and bloom, move/attack, mutate flowers by rearranging DNA structure, and revive withered or dead flowers.

limit: If she uses her quirk for like 3 hours wihout breaks she'll cough flower petals or sometimes with blood (#hanahaki)

Drawbacks:

🪷Distance, mass, precision, etc. depend upon of the knowledge, skill, and strength of the user, and their quirk's natural limits.

🪷High levels of radiation in a concentrated area may cause defects in the ability, unless the user has mastered the control of their quirk.

🪷 Most flowers are delicate and fragile unless the user can increase their durability.

🪷Attacks from Fire quirk and/or Ice quirk can pose an issue. (Shoto vs Y/n in sports festival is gon be wildddd)
