I laid in my bed, thinking about the shit that's been going on. My father came and killed my fucking mom, I'm living with Henry and Charlie, Michael's been being a jerk- well not that much.. I haven't even told my friends about this.. I feel.. like I'm drifting away from them.. It's Saturday morning.. Might as well spend time with my new family..
I walked down the stairs of my new house, greeted by a happy wave from Henry, Charlie wasn't in sight so I figured she was still asleep. She's 4 after all.
"Hey, Henry!" I gave a waving gesture back
"Good morning, Y/N! How'd you sleep?"
He asked me, taking a sip of his coffee
"Eh, not bad." I shrugged as i replied
"Hey uhm, how have you been holding up? With your Mom.. and getting bullied at school.." He asked, glancing down, it was a hard topic, and i understood . It was clear he liked my mother.
".. Okay, I guess.. "
I looked at the stairs as I heard the pattering of small feet, obviously Charlie.
"Good morning, Charlotte!" Henry said to his small daughter
"Hi daddy! Ooh! Hi, N/N!" She enthusiastically greeted us both
"Hey, Charlie." I said, a small smile on my face
We were eating breakfast and chatting for about ten minutes, until there was a knock at the door
"Coming!" Henry said, getting up from his chair and walking towards the door, opening it
"Hey, Hen. Can you like- babysit my b- kids or something? I'm busy." A male voice said.
I recognized that voice. William. Wait.. That means.. Michael is gonna be here?! Ugh.. I just wanted to spend time with my new family!
" Oh, of course! I'm sure they won't mind! " Henry exclaimed gesturing to me and Charlie
Charlie was waving happily, while I did a slow wave. I hated Michael's dad, he was annoying and mean. I also hate Michael. His siblings are nice though.
" Perfect! I'll be back around 5, see ya'! " William walked away, leaving his kids at the entrance of the house
" Uncle Henry! Charlie! " Michael exclaimed, giving Henry a hug
" —and.. Y/N.. "
I could visibly see him grimace
" Y/N is here! " Elizabeth exclaimed happily
" Hi, Liz! Hi, Ev! " I greeted the small children
" Y/N.. what are you doing here, exactly? "
Michael asked through gritted teeth
" That is not your business... " I looked away, avoiding the memories of that night
" Sorry.. She doesn't like to talk about it. "
Henry said, noticing my uncomfortable state
Thank you Henry for saving me.
"Whatever.." Michaek muttered
"Lizzy! Do you want to play with me?". Charlotte asked
"Of course, Charlie! Y/ N, wanna join?"
"Sure!"
"..Can I play too..?". Evan quietly asked
Elizabeth was about to say something, with a rude face but Charlie cut her off
"Yeah! "
Elizabeth glared at Charlie, but quickly went back to normal
'Huh.. I wonder why she had a problem with Evan playing with them..'
The four of us headed up to Charlie's room, Michael was talking with Henry
"Okay.. wait! We forgot Mikey!" Charlie exclaimed
'Oh.. right, they like Michael.. Well Charlie does.. Elizabeth doesn't really care, Evan is scared of him..'
"Oh yeah.." I said, trying not to be mad
Charlie ran down the stairs and five minutes later, Michael got dragged into her room
"Ugh, whatever.." He groaned
"Okay, now we're ready! Lizzy you can be the Queen, Evan can be the King (not a ship!), I can be the knight, Mikey can be the princess-" Charlie got cut off by Michael
" Me?! A princess?! "
" Yes! Lemme finish! Then, Y/N can be the prince!"
I was fine with being the prince but.. That meant I had to act like i Iiked Michael.. ugh..
We were all given 'new names', Elizabeth was now Lizzy, Evan was now.. just Evan. Charlie was Charlotte, I was N/N, and Michael was Michelle. To be honest, Michael with a girl name was funny, it was funny to see him humuliated. Hah, Karma!
(karmas a bitch, and I should've know better!!)
We were playing for what felt like hours, until the Afton's had to go back home
Today was fun! It would've been better if Michael wasn't there but whatever!
I went to the upstairs bathroom and got ready for bed. Showeres, changed, did my hair for the night, brushed my teeth, said goodnight to Charlie and Henry, went to bed.
