"we got the warrant." chaewon places the piece of paper down on the table in the middle of the room.

"did you find out the suspect's name?" yunjin sits down at the table, dragging the piece of paper towards her.

"im sanghoon." chaewon points to the name at the top of the paper. "54 years old, ex police officer."

"i wonder why he's going after government employees?" kazuha pokes the inside of her cheek with her tongue.

"hopefully, we'll be able to find that out after we arrest him." sakura taps her fingers on the table.

"well, there's no use wasting any more time. girls, go get ready." chaewon instructs her team.

as the five girls make their ways out of the office and towards the equipment room, chaewon stays behind to look over the information once more.

"is everyone ready?" chaewon looks back to the girls in the back of the car as she pulls off of the road and turns off the engine.

"yup." sakura smiles at her leader. "we're all good to go."

"everyone has their equipment?"

"yes, chae." sakura sighs. "don't worry i triple checked them."

chaewon gives the older girl a quick look of gratitude before turning back to unbuckle her seatbelt.

"alright, here's the plan. he's suspected to be inside of his apartment and the only ways in are through the door or the balcony. sakura and i will discreetly climb up to the balcony and enter from there. eunchae and kazuha you'll enter from the front door and yunjin will support you as back up. we don't want him knowing how many of us there are."

"sounds good, boss." yunjin smirks.

"alright, let's go."

the five girls climb out of the van. chaewon and sakura open the trunk and collect their guns and grappling gear, handing the other girls their guns as well. eunchae and kazuha share a look of determination before starting off towards the apartment building.

"how are you feeling about your first mission?" kazuha looks at eunchae as they enter the elevator.

"i'm excited, but also nervous." eunchae chuckles.

"don't worry, you're with the best team in the business." kazuha smiles.

"thanks, sunbae." eunchae smiles back as the two exit the elevator and walk down the hallway, towards the suspect's apartment.

"we're here." eunchae inhales sharply.

"are you ready?" kazuha looks to her.

"yup."

kazuha knocks on the door loudly. the two girls wait a moment as the man approaches the other side of the door.

the door is swung open to reveal a middle aged man, very average and plain looking. eunchae quickly looks to the hand holding the door open, and sure enough, there was the large scar on his index finger. eunchae nods to kazuha, signalling her to continue.

"sir, you are under arrest for the suspicion of serial murder of government employees as well as civilians." kazuha holds up the arrest warrant as well as her badge.

the man scans the warrant in her hand for a second before attempting to slam the door in their faces. kazuha quickly puts her foot in the door, holding it open.

"sir, i don't recommend resisting arrest, it'll only add to your charges." eunchae attempts to pull the door open with the help of kazuha.

the man, im sanghoon, pushes the door open and into the girls behind it, sending them backwards a little bit. he uses the time that the take to recover from the blow to get to the other side of his apartment.
