I cannot just stand and watch.
I need to save the dog. I have always have soft spots for dogs especially cute ones.
I stared at the busy streets and many people crowding the dog. It has been hit by a motorcycle, who's been rode by a male jerk.
I decided to throw on my hoodie and went there pushing through the crowds.
Wow, how could they just take pictures and say things without even taking it to a vet.Gosh, these people are annoying. I crouched down to the dog and it's puppy and put my hand over to where it has been wounded and hurt, and closed my eyes.
A bright light appeared and soon, the wound was gone. Gasps were heard from the people around and they soon take pictures and even posted that an unknown person just healed the wounded dog and said it's a miracle.
I rolled my eyes and then carried the dog and the puppy and took it with me. These people are useless. They will not know me because i covered my face with my oversized brown hoodie. Also, they will not know me even seeing my face, i am not some famous person, but just a...simple girl. I do not want my face to be posted though.
Once i got home, i cooed at how cute the puppy and it's mama dog is and put them on the floor. They are already playing. I laughed.
"You two just stay here and relax, okay? I have to go somewhere." I then made sure to lock the door and went out.
I arrived within minutes and i stared at the school before me. I used to go here and study when i was in elementary. Had fun with friends, we were always playing and we did not care of a single thing. It's a good memory.
Now, the school's empty and quiet. I had to see this school one last time. I will miss this place. As i entered through the school gates, memories of the place came rushing in.
I walk towards the basketball yard and remembered that it was the ground we used to play before. I can imagine my younger self laughing and smiling and enjoying the monent. Smiling fondly at the memory as i glanced around the place, nostalgia came setting in my emotions.
I closed my eyes and inhaled the fresh air. But it was abrupt when suddenly, a cough was heard. I opened my eyes and turned around to know who coughed. My eyes widen in surprise when i saw it was Clive.
"What are you doing here? It's not allowed to visit here during weekends."
"You..remember me, Clive?"
"Um, should i be able to remember you? How did you know my name?" Confusion was written on his face.
I stopped and remembered something. "No. I have to go now, i just visited this school one last time." I then hurriedly turned away and left.
I glanced one more time and saw that Clive was looking at my direction and he was looking confused as ever. I should not stay there any longer.
I am supposed to laugh at his reaction because it was hilarious but, i feel kinda sad and down because he used to be my close friend back in elementary. I know all the people who have memories with me, don't remember me anymore. As sad as it is, it should be that way.
Because, there was also one memory that i do not want to remember at all. It hurt me a lot. It was when i was in high school and i did not ever expect it to happen in my life. I was betrayed and hurt by someone i cared about and loved.
With the memories flashing in my mind, i stopped to sit on a nearby bench and sunk down.
*FLASHBACK*
"Irene, look at this. Isn't my boyfriend good looking?" I asked my bestfriend Irene, who was also my childhood bestfriend and now we are still classmates up until now. We are inseparable.
