Pepper woke up one Monday morning in Tony starks mansion, she had practically moved in there she stayed there nearly everyday, so she got up sleepily walked down stairs searching for Tony "Tony, you here" But JARVIS replied instead "Mr. Stark left the building around 5am" "That's earily especially for Tony, Where did he go" "Mr. Stark would like to keep his location unknown" Peppers face Scrunched up in confusion, so she walked over and made herself an omelette. When she was finished washing up her dish she went to find her phone but when she found it there was one unopened message from Tony, so as anyone would do she opened it - We're over. - That was all the message said, what why wait where is he, this can't be happening. "JARVIS Tell me where Tony is!" "Mr. Stark is in the middle of nowhere outside Miami giving away free stuff"
"Free stuff what" Pepper paced back and forward for a couple of seconds "Well tell me when he gets back".

A while late Tony arrived home and kicked of his shoes, He went over and sat on the couch laying his head back, Then Pepper came in "What the hell is wrong with you" Tony lifted his head up "I can't talk right now I'm busy contemplating" "Yeah well Stark, I'll wait right here" After a couple of minutes Tony spoke up "Alright what do you want to talk about" "Why you dumped me" Tony just stayed silent "Tony" "I just don't want a girlfriend right now" Pepper looked at him angrily but you could tell there was some worry there too, So she got up and walked off.

It was the next day and pepper had just gotten to the Stark mansion and was looking around the house for Tony but couldn't find him "JARVIS Where is Tony" "Last known location of Mr. Stark was in the garage" "What do you mean last known did he leave in a suit or something" "Mr hasn't came out of the garage and has disabled my ability to access the room" "Okay thanks" Pepper went and made Tony a cup of coffee for Tony than followed him down to the garage, The cup fell to the ground shattering, hot coffee spilling everywhere, Pepper punched in her code as quick as she could running to Tong who was unconscious on the ground, he looked totally fine, That's when she seen it a needle with '1200 cc' written on it (Idk) It was used, he had killed himself, Pepper hugged him tight sobbing uncontrollably into the crook of his neck "T-T-Tony" She sat there crying for atleast another ten minutes until she heard footsteps "Pepper iv been wa" Happy looked at her than seen Tony, He punched in the code and ran over "Pep what happened" Still crying pepper spoke "He He killed himself hap" Happy looked as he was about to cry too, He ran upstairs and called the police.

About a half and our went by and then the police got there and took his body away, Happy had to hold back Pepper who was still sobbing, It wasn't till everyone was gone that Pepper spotted a note on Tony's desk "Hap look a note" She picked it up and rubbed her hand along the envelope before opening it,

'Dear Pepper,

I wish it didn't have to end this way but the world is to much for a man like me to handle I mean aliens come on, it was only an amount of time before something happened to you, I just couldn't let that happen I love you and I always will, I know it didn't end well I just thought that it would be easier for you to get over it or something, at this point I just feel like a burden to the world no one needs Iron man anyway they have Thor and Cap and all them, one loss won't mean much, I never told you this but iv been having nightmares and anxiety attacks but promise me you'll move on, Say Bye to Happy and Roady for me.

Love you always, Tony.'

Pepper sat on her knees crying happy also keeled down putting his hands on her shoulder. The last time I seen Tony I was just... mad... the last time I seen my bestfriend, my boss, my boyfriend, my everything, I was just mad at him. Pepper broke down crying into happy uncontrollably until Roady came in, "Pep, Hap, I- I don't know what to say" Roady sat down "I can't believe it" Pepper just cried harder.
