"Have you tracked down the bride?" A manly voice welcomed as the silver haired woman steps in causing a shiver to dart through her spine.

She has never been able to get use to her father's voice. The deep, cold voice coated with authority has been a bell to her that never fail to fact check her about her sole purpose.

Gulping hard, she spoke nervously.

"Yes, father. I have," she said with the intent of preventing another unacceptable rage directed from her father to her.

"Then, I must expect that you have the bride, do you not?" He asked, glancing from the food to his daughter.

Receiving a brief glare, the girl straightened her posture.

"I-.. I do not have the-"

"I supposed you got a valid reason, then," He cuts her off. And it's not a question. It's rather a statement telling her that there SHOULD be an acceptable reason or else, heaven knows what's it that could happen to her.

"The... Theiótita was able to sense me, and another one that I have yet to know who. I believe she is not a mortal, she was able to sense my presence as well," The woman explained almost breathless because she was trying to be careful with her choice of words, but her statement successfully stopped her father from shoving another piece of meat to his mouth (heaven knows from who) which made her hands tremble.

"Continue, Roseanne," The father said as he puts his fork down and took a sip from his water before clasping his hand on the table.

"**ahem** Theiótita appeared to be more stronger at that moment, I felt it. I do not think she noticed that she managed to cut off my Anemos Nexus (connection with the environment/nature)," Rosé stated, earning a nod from her father, Arn.

"So, that's what it is," he uttered which made Rosé snap her head to him.

"Did you feel that too?"

Arn closed his eyes slowly as he tries to find his words.

"I believe everyone did."

"W..what? How?"

"She binded," Arn simply said and frown as he felt his daughter's questioning look. Then he proceeded.

"When an Essentia Node (Essentia Node- also known in this story as force or chakra) come across a gate that would allow this to bind with it, which would create an Essentia Gate (pathway to the fundamental core energy). It automatically gives one's force the ability to bind with the Arche (the primal source of power or the core energy). The only thing that can cut through each and every Anemos Nexus, all at the same time... It is both a weapon and a shield for not only that the user can end those close by, but also mess up the forces, creating a stir in the vortex. There is no way to track down where the user is," Arn slowly utters as he inhale very sharply.

"Wait... So, I-.. I could've been killed?" Rosé breathed out, wide eyes in surprised.

"Obviously, if you stayed there any longer. But just like what you said, she must've not noticed, I'm pretty sure you're right. You wouldn't have time to escape if she controlled it. Which leads me to another thing..." Arn paused and locked gaze with her daughter. Rosé who's now frozen at the statement that's yet known to her.

But after hearing her father's words, it gave her another reason to be afraid of their mission. Her mission.

"It does not make sense how the Theiótita was not able to sense her force linking..." Arn held his temples.

"Who is the Arche, who is the Nexys," Arn muttered, planting a seed of thought inside Rosé's head.

"Who is the source, who is the pathway?" Rosé repeated silently with one particular woman in her mind, the one she met in the home of the Theiótita.

"Jisoo..." Kai called helplessly after spending hours of thinking why...

"I can't possibly give you the answer, bro. I am busy thinking of some effective ways to keep Lisa safe. Especially, after Jennie messed up the vortex, I know for sure that the Parks are now brain storming about it," Jisoo said while picking her booger out her nostrils.

"Arghh, double work. I can't believe she's that clueless. Now, I'm curious too, Chu. Could it be that the Nexys and Arche embodies two different forms? How is that even possible?" Kai asked, but he only received a shrug from her sister.

"Ughh, this girl is hopeless." He thought.
