Twst is a giant asylum with different large wings that include nrc, nbc & rsa
all the dorms are separate so that nobody will get hurt
the reader is assigned for nrc but has patients in different wings pushed onto their workload
there are many dangerous patients with extreme mental illness' but crowley still decides to give them to the reader without a raise
all staff are head doctors that are to teach you the basics of the asylum & schedule for your patients
