Molly pov
Once I was discharged from the hospital and give the all clear and after spending time settling in into my new life, the day I knew was coming came going to court and facing my father and I heard that I will only be going to be testifying against my dad and speak about the abuse and the assault he did to me,

Olivia took to the ADA office where I met the attorney who will be helping me with my case and her name is Casey Novak, I heard she really good.

Once me and Olivia walked into to her office we sat down at her desk and she started telling us about the courtroom and things that might said and that they have a lot of evidence and stuff to lock my dad away for good and I was worried about my sister as Casey said that they told ember and her mum that they witnessed the abuse and that the court will want them to be a part of this as well.

I looked at Casey anger boiling in me I refused to put my sister though any more shit, I shouted Casey took my hand and said it's going to be ok she going to help us and be there all the way.

Court day
Stood outside the court house dressed in a suit and looking really smart Olivia gave me a hug and told me everything will be ok, once inside I saw my sisters and embers mum I smiled at them and they waved then I was called up to the stand.

As I was walking to the stand I felt my dad glare at me and I felt my anxiety creeping in. I took a deep breath and said get revenge and justice for my sisters. And I,

This is so long I thought and now it was my sisters turn even though we had the evidence and everything my dads laws where saying I was making it up and that I change when my mum die and did this and that I hate his lies I hate him and for everything he did,

As I was sat there I noticed my sisters crying and I knew they couldn't take anymore,
I couldn't take anymore, "stop please stop your upset my sisters they can't take any more"! The judge told me to be quiet and order the case to carry on Casey gave me a it's going to be ok look.

Olivia pov
I was sat next to Molly and I could tell this is taking a toll on her she struggling with this I looked at the girl and suddenly she look very pale and I became concerned as I was about to ask her if she was all right the judge called her back up, she got up and I could see her not walking straight and being really wobbly,

Casey pov
As Molly was called to the stands again I noticed she look really sick and all of sudden her eyes rolled into the back of her head and she fell I quickly grabbed her and laid her on the floor the judge called for a break and Olivia came up to help and radio for a ambulance to come. "Hang on molly" I said as I was talking her jacket off and Olivia was trying to help also once Molly was taken to the hospital Olivia came with her I turned myself back to the case at hand.

"How do we find the defendant?" The judge asked and the people got up and read the paper,
"We find the defendant guilty to all charges and sentenced to life in prison without bail."

Casey sat the feeling like this was a good case and she rushed out to go to the hospital to share the good news with Molly and Olivia.
