His eyes gleamed with joy. The biggest chance he ever would have. He ran around telling everyone about his incredible acomplishement. "She. Said yes?" Asked a disturbed friend. Morgan looks at him blue eyes beaming with bliss. "Yeah exciting isnt it"
"Sure." Says his friend in a unsettled tone.
Morgan shrugs and walks off. On his left he notices something, quickly he twists around. Nothing, he continues to walk forward and for the first time he locks eyes with the most goregeous girl hes ever seen. Sophie Newman, her long brown hair that could reach outer space, hazel eyes that can stun any unsusppecting person. The perfect, clear skin made for a goddess such as herself. Any 14 year old boy would beg for even a chance with her. Yet there he was, lips stretching and morphing into an akward smile, he turns and walks away.He arrived home and tells his mother with the news, "Whats her name?" "Where is she from?" "How old is she?" These were few of the many questions Morgan was asked that evening. Excited and slightly scared for what was to come the next day. He got under his black quilt in his black bedroom. Grabbing his black dream foam pillow and his favourite book, The Shining. Two taps fall on his bedroom window, not noticing anything out in the darkness he starts to read the hard covered 400 page book. Before he knew it he drifted off.
His phone starts to buzz and a Purge siren starts to sound. With a smile reaching ear to ear practically sewn onto his face he gets up and shuts off his alarm. Looking through his draw he finds a paper crane, grabs it and crumples it into a ball. After what feels like forever he finnally finds the clothes he wants to wear. He rushes to the bathroom to style his hair. Something he hadnt done for a long time.
"A middle part? No. A side split, No no not that either." Finally Morgan settles with a look, one that makes him look like a blonde micheal jackson. Morgans eyes lock onto to something intresting in his mirror, something that shocked even him. It was a girl, a gorgeous one but she did t have eyes and she was wearing all black red sticky blood pured from where eyes should be. Suddenly he blinks and the figure is gone.Casually he walks out the door and before he even steps on the bus his head starts to spin. "What am i going to say? Will she really like me? What will her friends think of me? Does she find me atractive? Am i going to blow this?
He raises his foot and nearly slips still dizzy from before. The small white bus with dark tinted windows never looked so shiny. Carefully he climbs onto the bus whilst grabbing onto the rails he lifts himself up the stairs and sits in his seat. The bus a couple streets and roads later finnaly gets to school. Morgans calmness was awfully shocking to him. As he stepped of the bus a group of girls started to swarm Sophie. Like bees protecting their queen.
"Hey Sophie."
"Hey Morgan" She says as he cheeks go extremely red, suddenly Morgans stomach start to turn as he remembers the girl in the mirror. His memory stained with the vision of her lifeles body coved in thick clotting blood. embaraasment fills Sophie as she thinks hes been staring at her. Sophie looks away. Morgan stands there akwardly looking away from Sophie just twidling his thumbs.
"Well have a good day." Sophie says in a pushy tone, trying to get him away. He closes his eyes and as he opens them....
