It was a cloudy morning, Shu had just woken up. His eyes glistened as he opened them and the light shone right on his body.

    He felt something on his stomach. He looked down to see Luca's head buried into his stomach, his hands around Shu's waist.

"I should just leave him to sleep. I barely know him anyways." Shu thought. He gently pushed Luca's body off of his and went to the kitchen.

Somehow, no one caught him walking out to the kitchen. He had stayed here for a bit, and he finally knew where the kitchen was. He made his way down about 2 halls, in through 5 doorways, and down a whole staircase. After what felt like ages of walking, he made it.

"Damn, this kitchen is humongous. How will I make my cereal?" Shu questioned himself. Not only was the house big, but the kitchen too! Shu made his way to what seemed like a shelf and opened it.

There was no cereal in that shelf. Cabinet after cabinet, Shu opened dozens. After exactly 24 cabinets, Shu found the cereal he was looking for.

"Now where does he put the bowls?"  Shu thought. Again, he opened a few drawers. He eventually found the bowls and plates, since the cabinet was clear but Shu just never noticed.

What Shu did notice, was the shelf was too high up.

"Need some help?" Said a voice behind him. Shu turned around to see Luca. Shu replied with a nod and moved a bit over, so that Luca could reach the cabinet for Shu.

"Do you want a small bowl or a big one my love?" Luca said, pointing to the bowls. Shu blushed when Luca called him love, but managed to mutter the words, 'small bowl please.'

Luca grabbed the two bowls, one for himself and one for Shu. He handed Shu a bowl and went to go get some milk to eat with, since he already knew that Shu was making cereal form the box being on the counter when he came out.

Shu poured some cereal into both bowls and put the cereal back where he found it. Meanwhile, while Shu was lutting the cereal away, Luca was pouring milk into both of their bowls. Once they both finished, they sat down to eat breakfast.

-after they started eating
Shu looked up at Luca.

"Why do you like me? Im just a quiet loser with nothing special, why me?" He questioned.

Luca got up from his seat, walking towards Shu. "Love, you do have something special. Your kindness. Remember? You were the one who comforted me when I was crying about my father. You did. Not my friend. You." Luca explained.

"When you were walking down the street, instead of of leaving homeless people, you helped them. When people needed it most, you helped them. Or you tried your best to do so." He continued.

"Wait, your stalking me?" Shu joked.

"Y'know what? Lets just go onto another topic." Luca responded. Shu chuckled. He had already completely forgotten that Luca was a stranger who he barely knew for just a few weeks.

Once they arrived at their school, it finally came to hum that Luca was just a stranger. The more he thought about it, the more he avoided Luca. In the morning, he ignored everything Luca said.

He only listened to others, anyone besides from Luca.

"S-Shu! Come back!" Shu heard from a faint voice. It was Luca, trying his best to catch up with Shu.

"Why are you ignoring me?" Luca asked, panting as he just caught up with Shu.

"Luca, your just a stranger. I've only known you for a few weeks." Shu replied.

"Well then, I'll try my hardest to atleast be a friend. Thats what friends do." Luca responded, determined to atleast be an acquaintance. He didn't care, he just wanted to get as close as he could to Shu.

Shu shot Luca a small smile. Luca smiled back. Luca grabbed Shu's hand and dragged him to class. Shu groaned. He wanted to go to school, but at the same time, he hated it.

"Now, why are you two 49 minutes late to my lecture?" The teacher glared at them. They both looked at each other, then at the teacher, then to the floor.

"Detention for both of you. Now sit down. Since you guys weren't here, ask some of your classmates for notes." The teacher said. Shu and Luca took their seats. Everyone agreed to give their notes to Shu, since he always helps with their math homework.

Not the exact same for Luca though.

"Finana please! Elira can you give me some notes? Kyo?" Luca whined. Shu was already done getting notes, so Luca did what anyone would do, ask Shu.

"Shu, no one is giving me their notes, can I have yours?" Luca asked. Shu finally replied with 'fine' and Luca was as happy as a toddler finally getting their ice cream after 20 minutes of begging.

-after a bit
Detention was finally over. Shu and Luca were bored as heck. They both walked out of detention.

"Shu, I'm gonna head to the bathroom, so stay here okay?" Shu agreed. Luca headed off as he disappeared into the distance. Shu leaned against the wall and waited as Luca was using the bathroom.

All the sudden, he heard a huge noise coming from the science room, so like anyone would do, he headed there to check it out. When he cane in, it was pitch dark, no light in sight.

Out of the blue, he felt a glass bottle hit his head, and in a flash, he got knocked out.

"Ugh, he's knocked out atleast. Luca is mine." Said Yuri. (girlie is 100% delulu. oh ye btw Yuri is Luca's old gf. they were forced into a arranged marrage but Luca refused.)

-flashback

"Luca~ I love you so so much! I just can't for our marrage to happen! Were gonna get together and make beautiful blonde babies~" Yuri said, clinging onto Luca.

"Ew, get off me. Stay 6 feet away, covid is still happening, I swear your gonna start covid 20 if you keep doing that." Luca criticized. He absolutely hated her annoyance and everything about her.

Yuri continued to cling on, refusing to let go. Finally, Luca had enough.

"Thats it! im breaking up with you Yuri!" Luca yelled, pushing her away from him.

"But wait! I'll do anything!" She yelped.

"Fine, you can be then sun of my life." Luca said.

"Aww~ Is it because im so bright?" She questioned.

"No, but the first thing you can do is stay 93 million miles away from me." Luca said. (damn he a savage)

Yuri looked as she was devastated. She put her head down and she left. Luca's parents were notified and that was the last he heard from Yuri. Until now.

help meeeee i cant stop listening to magnetic by ILLIT. sorry i haven't updated for so long. i have exams and i have the state test. im fugging suffereing 😭😭😭😭 i also got lost 5 times this past week because i was too busy thinking of this book. THIS BOOK IS NOT ABANDONED I SWEAR. updated just a teeny bit longer than usual bc of exams. once they are done, ill be back to regular schedule, updating quite often.
