Kaminari 💛⚡

It's your second year at UA, in the hero course, and you are currently in English class. Present Mic is the teacher for this class but he was currently out because he had a big villain fight the day before and he was still recovering.

Recovery girl was your substitute for today, and of course Present Mic left work for you all. You all managed to convince Recovery Girl that it was partner work so you, Mina, Kirishima, Jirou, and Kaminari all pulled your chairs up to Bakugou desk.

Bakugou obviously bitched about crowding him but we all knew he didn't actually mind. The work wasn't hard either so you were able to get it over with quick. Although you thought it was easy, someone else didn't.

"Y/n, can you help me." Kaminari said as he swapped seats with Mina to sit next to you. He put his laptop down in front of the both of you. "I would ask Bakugou but I don't want to get yelled at." He admits with a small laugh.

"It was pretty easy though." You said, trying not to laugh.

"Don't laugh!!" He exclaimed, pouting a little. "English isn't my strong suit, ok." He said, crossing his arms.

"I'm just teasing." You say as you scoot your chair closer to him. "You're cute, so it's fine." You joke, nudging his arm with yours.

You two were used to joking around like that and teasing each other but recently, Kaminari hasn't been reciprocating your energy.

He just gave you a small laugh and looked away from you. He didn't want you to know how hard he was blushing.

"Hey, you ok Kami?" You asked, a little worried.

"Yeah, why wouldn't I be." He says, now looking at you with his usual smile. You decide to leave the subject for now.

You finish helping him with the work. By this time everyone else was done as well so the room was filled with low chatter. The class still had about 15 minutes so you decided to go on your phone.

Kaminari wasn't talking or using his phone, just kind of sitting there, which was out of character for him. You brought your leg up to rest over his lap.

"Are you sure you're ok?" You ask again, still worried.

"What? Are you worried about me?" He said in a teasing tone. You rolled your eyes and took your leg off of him.

"Yeah, I am." You say leaning closer to him.

"I'm fine, really. Just a little bored." He said with a small smile, but you didn't believe him. You didn't want to keep pushing so you just nod your head and go on your phone.

It had to be like 5 minutes of scrolling before you got bored. You began listening to Jirou, Mina, and Sero tease Bakugou about how hot his mom is. You couldn't help but laugh, and agree.

You look over to Kaminari to see if he was also listening when you noticed him drawing something on his hand. Once he finished he noticed you staring and showed you with a big goofy smile.

He drew a smiley face on his pointer finger and gave it his signature lightning stripe in its hair. On his middle finger he drew what you thought was Bakugou since the face was angry and the hair was spiky. The next finger was Kirishima since he used a red highlighter for his hair.

You let out a small laugh before taking the pen from his hand. You began drawing yourself on your pointer finger as well.

When you finished it you showed him and he smiled, putting up his three fingers and about to say something when you interrupted him by putting your pointer finger on his and making a kissing sound.

"Muah." You said with a small laugh. This time Kaminari got very flustered very fast. He covered his face with his other hand while you laughed at him. That was so cute.

He reached his hand out with just his pointer finger and pressed it to yours again, but it was different this time. Kaminari couldn't even look at you, but he left his finger on yours.

This time it was your turn to blush.

The both of you just stayed like that with your fingers pressed together for a while. You separated your finger from his and he finally lifted his head to look at you.

You grab his hand and interlocked your fingers, moving your hands from the table to your lap so the others wouldn't see. Kaminari tried looking at you but you didn't think you could take it, so you looked away from him. Trying your best to act normal.

You hear him laughing and roll your eyes. You felt him lift his finger so you looked down. He was waiting for you to lift yours, and when you did, he pushed his finger to yours one last time, right before the bell rang.
