Aurora Icesa Moonstar is the muggle duchess, a pureblood witch and the Mythical Council new guardiana of Moor. She lives in the castle with house elfs and magical creatures. However she has a secret, she was transmigrated in this world five years ago from 21st century. Only thing she knew was that she was in the Harry Potter world and that she have a live streaming system. Right now she is waiting for her Hogwarts letter and as the time passed an owl came through the window handing her the letter.
Icy laughed abit then she called for her house elf, "Ruby bring something for our guest to enjoy while i write a reply." As in response with a soft crack a plate of finely sliced meat was placed infront of the owl.
Icy opened the letter and started to read out aloud for all the viewers in the live stream.
[Host, what the heck is that owl doing there?]
[Host did you get the letter]
[Host is that the Hogwarts letter, please read it quickly]
[Host when can we visit dragon alley]
"Ok let me read the letter first, here we go"

(Okay guys since this only 31st March and the school will start at September why don't we just visit Dragon early tomorrow to buy things except for a clothes or we could just order it from the finest.)

After closing the Live steam Icy just went to nap when she woke up again it was already noon so she just order Ruby to bring her meal and some tea. Then she went to the Royal Palace for the attendance with the queen for hogwart letter which needed to have the royal seal. According to the rules when a witch or wizard comes from the noble family the head of the house need to inform the Queen. This being the noble house of pure blood is much more easier.
