Miranda shuts the door aggressively and throws her bag at the table, while Stacy looks at her paranoid.
"Mom? Are you okay?"
Stacy asks nervously.
"Yeah, It's fine. Just head to bed already, it's nearly the next day already."
Miranda sits down on the couch and turns on TV while Stacy heads to her room.
Stacy leans her head towards her pillow and closes her eyes.
Her head starts aching from pain by all the yelling, arguing and violence.
She can't help but wonder what Zoey feels after that heated fight with her mom and Stacy's mom.
Stacy wakes up by the noise of her mom cutting h̶e̶r̶s̶e̶l̶f̶ cucumbers for Stacy's food at school today.
"Up so early?"
Miranda tells Stacy.
"Yeah, what were you doing with that knife before you started making my food?"
Stacy asks.
"..."
"Nothing. Anyways, are you ready-"
Suddenly a knock on the door interrupts her response.
Miranda and Stacy both look at each other confused.
"I'll get it."
Miranda heads to the door.
She opens the door and a Policeman stands in front of her doorstep.
"Greetings, Is this Miranda Lillith?"
The Policeman asks politely.
Stacy strikes a fear and Miranda starts stuttering.
