Chapter 3

Abby's P.O.V

I slowly walk into jakes room as Ashley leaves. I walk into there finding him on his bed playing on his phone. I climb onto his bed with him. He puts his phone down and smiles at me, I grin back kinda shyly considering how Ashley just acted about what happened last night.

"Hey! What happened in the room when I left?" Jake asks worriedly. I grin at his concern

"Fine, she asked if we had sex last night." I laugh at his reaction.

"really!?" He said as he jolted up. I giggle at him.

"Yeah I mean she knows me and I've known you forever, I wouldn't do that to ash!!" I giggled and just wondered what he was thinking in that little mind of his

"Yeah" jake saids chuckling.

"Well just wanted to stop by, gonna go eat now. See you later jake." I say with a smile and walk out not waiting for a response. I soon make my way down to the kitchen were I find Ashley dressed and ready. I sit next to her at the bar,

"Hey ash, how are you?" I say with a grin acting as if nothing happened.

"Fine,wanna go tanning today?" She says trying to be as nice as possible, I smile at her trying her best.

"Of course ash!" I run up stairs put my bikini on and put on some pink shorts, a white crop top and sandals. My bikini is black but you can't really see it with all the designs on my shirt. I put my straight hair up in a pony tail. I walk down stairs again and see jakes there this time. I grin at him and walk towards ash.

"Ash, I'm ready!" I yell, Ashley comes around the corner in shorts and an old volley ball T-shirt with flip flops. We go out and take my mustang and head to the tanning salon.

I turn down the music, "uhm ash, are you sure your okay about last night?" I asked kinda worriedly because I didn't want her to be mad at me for someone I liked.

"Well, if you really wanna know.. I just think it's really weird considering we've known each other forever, and I've always thought u just never saw jake in that sort of way..." Ash says.

"I'm sorry ash I literally just started thinking of jake like that. But I honestly don't think he will end up liking me or going out with me because I'm your best friend and will always be!" I said

We soon arrive at the salon and get in our tanning beds in our bikinis and tan. We finish.

"Well wanna go to the mall?!" I ask excited because I really wanted to go.

"Sure!" Ash screeches. We drive to the mall and arrive and walk into hollister, our favorite store.

"What do you think of-" I get cut off by bumping into a guy

"I'm so sorry!" I turn around and notice it's jakes friend, Aaron.

"Aren't you, abby?" He asks

"Yeahh..?"

"Oh I saw you last night! Did you have fun with jake?!" He says chuckling.

"NOO! We just hung out! I've known jake for a while..wait how'd you know about me and jake last night?!" I ask kind of weirded out.

"He texted me this morning about it! He seemed pretty excited." Aaron walks away after that. I find Ashley and show her some clothes I found we buy them and head back to her place, only to find jake and a girl,sitting on the couch...kissing, it seemed intense. I run upstairs and just think and think and think, what the hell did I just see?! Was I just another girl checked of his list of girls?! I thought I would just be a phase....
