The year is 5693, and time traveling machines have existed for less than ten minutes.

"What could really go wrong if I went back to stop the Kennedy assassination?," Eric, the inventor of the machine, asks.

"That sounds like a really fucking stupid idea," his unpaid intern answers.

But Eric doesn't listen to people who don't get paid, and so he hops into his invention and sets the year to 1963.

Arriving on the fifth floor of The Texas School Book Depository, Eric saw Oswald standing in the far corner of the room. Just as the police had photographed, there were boxes piled up around to hide his position.

"Wow, I can't believe my machine really works!," Eric exclaimed, running towards the fort that Harvey had and knocking over a few boxes to see inside of it.

"Agh! What the fuck!?," Lee yelled, staring at Eric in horror of being caught, then confusion at what this weirdo was wearing.

"A jean vest?," he asked. "Its Texas. It's hot outside."

"..It's not Texas where I come from. Anyway, I'm here from the future to stop you from killing the president," Eric said in full confidence.

"Oh, so I do kill him?"

"Yeah."

"Then why would I stop?"

Eric hadn't really thought about that, so he just decided to grab the gun from Lee.

"Hey!," Lee yelled, grabbing the inventor's hand and attempting to pull him off the gun.

At that same moment, the unnamed unpaid intern decided she had enough of being insulted by a man who cosplayed and had a MHA phase, so she went to fuck with the machine. Grabbing the handle that changed the time period, she spun it randomly backwards. Somehow, it landed on the year of another assassination: 1965. Almost a hundred years before Harvey.

Since Lee and Eric were grabbing each other, they were both transported to the year together.

"Okay, what the sigma?," Lee asked, now pissed off and very confused.

"Damn that unpaid intern! She's so fired!," Eric yelled, and then realized he had no way to get back home without that intern.

"Shit, I'm stuck here aren't I?"

"You're stuck here!? You got me stuck here too!? I was about to blow the head off Kennedy!," Lee yelled, grabbing Eric by the jean jacket and shaking him senseless.

"It's not my fault!," Eric yelled, getting a mild concussion.

"What are you both doing..?," a famous actor asked, approaching them.
