Anjana was narrating me a story of a serial.. Nowadays I have got used to those serials as well. Sometimes I watch.. but many times Anjana would narrate the story.. sometimes it is better to listen than reading or watching. 

She was narrating a useless serial.. I don't know why Tamil serials have gone this far.. why da ?? why??

Today I got irritated with the information Anjana shared. When I was in office, she was continuously dialing me..  As I was in a meeting I did not pick up. Once it was over, I dialed her to ask what was the matter.

Hearing it, I felt like hitting my head somewhere hard. 

"Radhika is pregnant.. shocking news la?"

"Why do you want to get shocked for this? congratulate her"

" what Krishna.. what is this you are talking? Don't you know who is Radhika?"

"Theriyaleye ma..." ( I don't know)  I said in a dramatical way.

" What Krishna. you forgot.. Radhika is the 2nd wife of Gopi . Bakiyalakshmi serial promo is out.."

"Seriously Anja... you made so many calls to narrate this?"

"arrey.. wait yaar.. kya aapko jaante hain , aaj ka episode kya hai?"

"ei.. talk in Tamil.. are you going to narrate tamil serial in hindi?"

"ss.. ok.. ok..Eswari is expecting a great grand child from her grandchild.. But Gopi her son is going to give her another grandchild"

I  hit my head with my phone. Seeing me do this, my colleagues gave me a weird expression. I cut the call stating I will talk later. 

Evening at our house. 

I went to get coffee. My mom, Anjana and SIL were watching that serial.. I have been asking for coffee for almost 10 minutes.. none of the ladies moved from the place. 

"Maa.. coffee  maa. advertsiement dhana"

"Why can't you go make a coffee for yourself.. you men won't allow ladies to find happiness. Only during the serial times, we are free from work.. why do you want to forbid us that?'.."

I stopped my mom abruptly. My mom used to be a person who talks only the necessary things. She does not talk anything un necessary or unwanted. After Anjana's arrival, she changed. 

"maa..ssshhh.. serial is back.. don't waste time talking with him" said my Sister in law.

" neengaluma?" ( you too ?)

Anjanaaaaaaa... she changed everyone in the house. Why can't she change like us? 

Then I drank some juice from the fridge as I don't know to cook, not even to light a stove. 

I sat on the dining table scrolling through my mobile, while my ears involuntarily went to heed what was going on in the serial.

This Guy 'Gopi' in the serial, is living with his 2 wives, 3 children(from 1st wife), 2 daughter in law,2 grandchildren ,, his parents in the same house. And his 2nd wife is pregnant now. His 2nd son who is recently married, is yet to make a move on his wife for making her pregnant.

Oh forgot one thing. Gopi does not like his first wife. Hence he married another lady. I wondered. If he does not like his first wife, why did he give birth to 3 children? What will be his case if he married her out of love?  

While I was thinking all this, the serial got over and we all had dinner. Anjana was discussing.. sorry narrating or could say throwing her points about what all would happen next in that serial with me.
