Yoongi : You motherfucker!!!

Due to the hard punch landing on his face, Taehyung lost his balance and fell to the ground. Yoongi grabbed his collar, attempting another punch, but Hobi stopped him.

Hobi : Yoongi!!! Stop!!! Leave Taehyung!!

Hobi struggled to release Taehyung from Yoongi's grip as Yoongi thrashed against him, still trying to reach Taehyung. Meanwhile, Taehyung showed no response to Yoongi's punches; he didn't even try to protect himself and remained on the ground.

Yoongi : Leave me!!! He's the reason for my brother's condition!!

Hobi : You are in the hospital! Don't create a scene here!!

Yoongi : I don't care!! He deserved to be beaten for what he did to my brother!! Leave.....

Before Yoongi could finish his sentence, Jimin stepped forward and slapped him across the face. Jimin's actions startled everyone, as he was not known for resorting to violence to resolve conflicts. The room fell into heavy silence, except for sound of Jungkook's quiet sobs and hiccups as Mrs. Kim and Jin both rushed to hold him in an attempt to comfort him. But Jungkook found more comfort in Mrs. Kim's embrace. Seeing this, Jin felt sad, knowing he was not in a position to even console or hug his own son.

Jimin : What you've done is not enough!?! You are in no position to discipline Taehyung or punish him. You are the same as him!! Jungkook was your brother, and you didn't believe him!! Taehyung is an outsider; he had known Jungkook for only a few years, but you practically raised Jungkook. Yet, you didn't trust him and left him all alone to suffer!! Now, you're trying to be responsible towards your brother? After leaving him alone? The Yoongi I know loved his brother, always protected him from all the evils in the world. You broke your promise to Jungkook!!.....Now don't act like you care for him!!! Forget about Jungkook forgiving you.....Even if he does forgive you, I won't!! You don't even deserve to be his brother. You failed as a brother, Jeon Yoongi!!! You failed!! Not only you....Appa and Papa failed as parents....Taehyung failed as a husband....you all let Jungkook down....Stop acting like you care!!

With Jimin's emotional outburst, Yoongi finally came to his senses. He realized that Jimin was correct. He was in no place to punish Taehyung. He wasn't worthy of being Jungkook's brother. He abandoned Jungkook, he himself handed him over to Taehyung. Despite knowing how Taehyung mistreated Jungkook, Yoongi used to remained silent.

Not only Yoongi, the guilt of destroying Jungkook's life was killing Jin and Namjoon too. They didn't care for their son's life.

Yoongi : Ji..Jimin...I....

Mrs. Kim : J-Jungkook!!

All eyes turned toward Mrs. Kim to find Jungkook unconscious in her hold. Everyone rushed to Jungkook, while Namjoon went to fetch the doctor.

Hobi carried Jungkook to the bed and gently laid him down as the doctor arrived to examine him. Taehyung stood nearby, feeling a mix of guilt, concern, and helplessness. He wanted nothing more than to rush to Jungkook's side, to hold him and comfort him with the love Jungkook deserves. But before he could take a single step, Hobi was already there, gently laying Jungkook down with a tenderness that Taehyung couldn't help but envy.

As Hobi tucked Jungkook in and brushed a strand of hair away from his forehead, Taehyung felt a surge of jealousy rise within him. He knew that Hobi was simply trying to help, but it still hurt to see someone else playing the role that he felt was rightfully his. But he had already lost his chance. He had broken Jungkook's heart. He shattered the love of an innocent soul who had loved him like no other.
