" Im not homophobic.. lesbian just isn't a good look for you, "School had gone quick, much quicker then usual. Maeve wasn't sure if this was because of the
morning drama, or because she'd skipped every lesson to get stoned with Cash. She would walk into the house, letting her bag fall off her shoulders.
"That map is crazy.. how did you manage dusty?" What a greeting. Her sister sat on the couch, eating some
kind of sandwich. Maeve would roll her eyes, choosing to ignore the ignorant girl. Apparently Lola wasn't taking
silence for an answer, following her sister to her room."Can you fuck off? I'm not in the mood.." Maeve would snap, sifting through her clothes, trying to find a shirt to wear.
Lola would snicker, twirling a strand of her hair."And what are you wearing? You seriously pull up to school like that?" Maeve would ask, looking at the skirt much too short
and the crop top much, too cropped."Everyone wears this.. just because you don't have the tits for it," her sister would mock, falling onto Maeve's bed with a huff.
"And you do? Chat shit when you get your first pube.." Maeve would mutter, slipping a baggy shirt over her tank, opening her window
as she fiddled in her draw, pulling out her papers and grinder. Lola would scoff, whispering something before leaving her room and
slamming her door..・。.・゜✭・.・✫・゜・。.
The sun was slowly setting, Maeve sat on her window ledge, inspecting the map and trying to link things up. A joint pressed
firmly between her lips, her third of the night. She jumped as the front door opened, hearing her mum stumble in.Great.
She quickly butted the joint out, it's not that her mum cares, it's that she takes 'sharing is caring' too seriously.
Maeve would leave her room and walk into the kitchen. Her mum rested on the counter top, her clothes practically
falling of her, not that she was wearing much anyway. She would glance at Maeve, staggering towards her and hugging
her tightly."Ohhh my Maevey.." She'd stammer, she stunk off booze. Maeve's nose wrinkled at the smell, pushing her away softly.
"Off mum.. fuck have you been?" Maeve would murmur, slowly backing away from the wobbly woman; her mum simply laughed
response, her hand moving to the half lit cigarette on the ash tray, god knows how long it had been there for. There was padding
on the floors, Lola emerging out of her room with a smug grin on her face, pulling up her phone.Maeve knew what she was doing, and she knew it wasn't gonna end well. She shot her a glare, Lola simply ignored it and
continued tapping away before clearing her throat."Mum do you remember harper? Harper McLean.." Lola would ask, her grin practically up to her ears. Her mums ears perked
up, mumbling something as she took a long drag of the cigarette she had found, causing a grimaced look on Maeve's face."Yeah course.. was always helping my Maeve.. Haven't seen her in a whi-" Lola cut her off from going on a mindless ramble, letting
out a small snicker."Lola don't." Maeve spat out, practically holding her breath with worry. Lola really didn't give a fuck.
"Yeah mum d'you know that Maeve fucked her?" She'd done it, the bitch had actually done it. Her mum stood up more straight,
she'd heard it. Fuck, fuck, FUCK.Now is probably an important time to mention that Olivia bell was in no shape or form a homophobe, but the second she heard her
daughter had relations with, anyone— she was straight to telling practically everyone she knew. Including Maeve's father who was
in fact a deeply rooted homophobe, and would have no problem battering her black and blue. Lola knew this, her dad was arguably
worse, she'd met him once, that one time being when she saw him cheating on her mum, with her auntie. Yes her own mothers sister!"You stupid bitch!" Maeve would yell, practically jumping at her sister, who squealed in response. She attempted to run, but her try's were
pathetic, Maeve quickly got her to the floor, grabbing her phone and launching it at the nearest wall with a loud thud. Any coherent thought
that said she shouldn't be doing this was drowned out by her sisters harsh words, as she thumped at the girl to get off her. There mum simply watched the chaos unfold, she was happy as long as something was in her hand, that something currently being the
foul cigarette.Maeve's nose was running red, her sisters lips were busted and her hair more matted then usual. Her hands were aching at how many
times she'd missed, resulting in her knuckles hitting the cracked tiles. All while her sister thrashed and kicked. This lasted for another minute or so before Maeve pulled herself away, giving Lola one last glare before storming off and slamming her
door, it's a wonder how it stayed on its hinges.She heard her door open, ready to pounce again before meeting eyes with her mum, who simply stared at her;
"You know I'm not a homophobe or anything dolly.. but, lesbian just isn't a good look for you.. better off with
someone like.. cash!" She'd state, her hand trembling as she lifted it to her mouth to take another drag of the cigarette.Maeve rolled her eyes, pushing her mum back and slamming her door, sighing softly as she reached for a tissue to
help the blood currently oozing out of her nose. She pinched her nose, feeling the blood dampening the tissue as
she walked over to her bed, practically falling onto it. I mean, what the fuck? Generally, what, the, fuck. If her dad
found out she was gonna have to go into hiding. There was a rustling outside her open window, snatching her away from her thoughts, probably an animal; she thought
ignoring the sound, but most animals don't have bleach blonde buzz cuts."Harper?"
