In their second-year summer break, Zain and Harry decided to hold hands and take a trip to Tokyo. In spite of his tight budget and schedule, Zain thought being participate in Harry's dream destination would make a memorable experience they could both cherish.

Japan was a whole new world for him. Sure, he'd seen and heard plenty about Japan through social media images and videos, but experiencing it in person was even more amazing. He couldn't contain his excitement. Deciding to let out his inner child, he indulged in all the quirky and cringey things he'd ever wanted to do. Surprisingly, Harry didn't mind; instead, he happily joined in, bringing out the silliest versions of themselves in this country where no one knew their names.

As they were strolling in Shinjuku Gyoen, a garden blend of Japanese, English, and French styles, which offered lush greenery, serene ponds, and seasonal blooms, a haven for relaxation. The peaceful surrounding atmosphere led Harry to his own little world as they were walking across the bridge. And if Zain subtly reached for Harry's hand secretly on purpose, nobody had to know it.

"What do you think will happen in 2 years?" They were sitting under a big tree, hiding themselves from the glare of the late afternoon sun. With Zain's head on Harry's right shoulder, he couldn't be happier. This is his best afternoon.

"Dunno. Oil price rises. Climate changes? New album from Sam Smith?" Zain mumbled sleepily, edging closer to Harry. What lay ahead? Honestly, he hadn't planned anything about himself either. He wasn't even sure if he could make it through the third year without going insane.

"Not that! I mean what're you going to do?" With a playful smack on his head, Zain was instantly wide awake. He retaliated by gently pushing Harry, aiming for revenge. However, Harry dramatically collapsed to the ground.

"I want to be an artist. But, whatever, I'll probably be a primary school English teacher." Zain laid on the ground next to Harry. "The kindest and most handsome one in Maine." That earned an eye-roll from Harry, followed by a smile and a giggle.

"Zain Malik the bad boy as a teacher? I mean it's not wrong but I just can't imagine." Harry chuckled.

"Thinking of those times I teach you how to write good essays will help you imagine, maybe." Zain replied with a winning smile, prompting Harry to respond with a light push on his shoulder.

"Hell, no. I disagree about that now. You'll be the cruelest teacher the world has ever known." Harry exaggerated his expression to look terrified, although it wasn't entirely true. He knew Zain could be a bit like an old, grumpy professor sometimes, but it's not as if Zain would torture him with teaching sessions or anything like that. Zain only became serious when it came to schoolwork and such.
