Monster High Meet Shifter

Freaky Fusion Part 1

(Third POV)

Guin was running down the halls of Monster High being chased by a massive... thing. She was doing well staying ahead of it but it didn't last long before she looked back and tripped on her own feet.

"I've got you Vere just hang on." a handsome young monster said as he slid between the thing's legs and distracted it with a casketball that had a picture of Guin on it.

"Nathan!" Guin called out to him but he kept sliding past her and into a sign on the floor.

"I'm OK!" he said as he pushed the sign off him. "When we get back to the others can we skip telling them that last part?"

"My hero," Guin said softly, putting her hand on his. Unfortunately, the distraction for the thing wore off and it popped the casket ball and it chased both the monsters down the hall.

Guin was the first to see it coming and grabbed Nathan by the arm and ran. As they got away a ghost floated in front of the thing stopping it and giving Guin and Nathan time to get away.

"Sirena be careful," Guin called out as they ran. "Avea, Bonita!" Guin said happily and two flying monsters came up beside them

"Looks like you two could use a lift." Avea Said as she noticed one of Guin's wings was torn so she couldn't fly away.

"Hang on Vere," Nathan said as the two flyers picked him up and Guin literally held onto him.

G: Ok ok I know what you're thinking, who is that magically hot unicorn guy and how could he get any cuter?

F: Guin.

G: OK that or are you wondering about the big scary creature?

F: Either way, I bet we sparked your attention. This is a story about a family.

G: There are lots of different types of families and they can sometimes be found in some pretty unexpected places.

F: But hey, we're getting ahead of ourselves.

G: Let's tell the story from the beginning.

It was a Friday night and all the ghouls were gathered around their lockers chatting. "Have any of you ghouls seen Guin? I've been looking for her all week, mate, and she hasn't been to any of her classes," Lagoona said as she joined the ghouls in the hall.

"Oh, she's been in her dorm. I've been bringing her dinner all week," Deuce said as he walked over to the ghouls with Clawd and Gill.

(A.N I have no idea if the school has dorms in the movies but for the sake of this book they will have dorms)

"What's she been doing in her dorm all week that made her not come to school," Clawdeen asked as she closed the door to her locker and leaned on it.

"Well, I do it every time she has a shift and I'm the only one who can do it because she has a very similar curse to mine," Deuce said as he tapped his glasses and got his stuff from his locker.

"Wait, something will happen to anyone who looks her in the eye?" Draculaura asked before releasing something. "Wait, we've looked her in the eye, are we going to die?!?"

"NO! No Drac it's ok you're not going to die." Deuce said, calming her down. "The curse that all Shifters have is that if anyone looks at them in their Shifter form they will die other than obviously other shifters. The Shifter form is how they look when they are in between monster types."
