Like Time Stood Still

ANDY! Andy wakes up?! Andy?! Shows on in five! Andy woke up. As the day was gloomy. Here's your mic and clothes. See you on stage in five. His manager left the bus to go and help set up the stage. Fans were chanting. Andy! Andy! Andy! Over and over again. He got dressed and put his mic on, and he was ready for the stage.

Hey! He ran to the stage and bowed he laughed as he talked into his mic. Sorry, I was a minute late. How's everyone doing out there tonight! Good! They shouted. Who's ready for tonight? It's good to be back in my hometown. He smiled. As he began to sang, it's been ten years. Ten years ago was the day he had to say goodbye to the one he loved, as the memories fled back to his head. Tears started to flow out as he couldn't let them slip out. His fiancé came up to him and gave him a kiss.

Do you know how long it's been since I've seen him, yes probly a singer or engaged. He is both. Then why do u want to go there tonight? I can't face him. jason would be mad Molly, if I had seen him, I'd look into his eyes, and I wouldn't be able to look away, I loved him for so long till I had to move on. Babygirl, Molly said as she got ready for the show. You never got over him. You just found the void to take his place. You don't look at Jason like you did with Andy. Katie sighs, fine, let's go, but if I don't like it, then we're leaving. The girls arrived and grabbed their drinks. As she saw Andy on stage, her throat got tight, and her stomach lit up like a christmas tree. Molly, I can't do this.

You have too and you will. Molly grabbed her arm and walked up by the stage. Andy began to sing. After one song, everyone claps. She claps and sings along, " Andy Molly yelled out. Andy looked down at Molly. And seen you. Katie. Andy. They both said at the same time. He looked directly into her eyes. She looked for a while into his, and then she walked away. Molly, I can't. I have to go. Katie, wait Andy yelled, she walked out into the crowd. Katie! She ran out the door as she couldn't bear to look into his eyes anymore without tears streaming down her face.

Andy ran out the back and stood by the brick wall and watched her cry. Katie, just wait. He walked up to her and looked at her. You shouldn't be talking to me. You're a singer, and you're engaged. I have a boyfriend we shouldn't be talking about. Katie.. he took her into his arms. Let me speak. She looked into his eyes. I never stopped thinking about you since that summer. Andy just goes

He looks at her, a woman that I love and will always love, even if it's not with me. He sighed, rubbing his forehead. He looked at Katie one last time. Take care of yourself. He walked back into the bar and got back on stage.

Two hours later..

The concert was final over everyone was cleaning up and putting away their music instruments, while Andy was at the bar drinking some scotch. You shouldn't drink, you have another concert in Manhattan tomorrow at eight  o'clock sharp. Is there a way where I can have it on hold? I would like to see my family, and this is the only time I can. Before we hit the road again, I know they want to see me. But this is my hometown. This is the place where I grew up. This is the place that made me famous, I can't forget the place I came from. They aren't going to like it, and they already bought tickets for the show, but we can next month put the show on hold   then, people will get embursed, and free backstage passes.

I need to find her, I can't let her go.

I watched what happened tonight?. Jason said as he crossed his arms over. What do you mean? Don't play dumb with me, Katie. I saw what happened between the two? Of you. Just some old friends from the past. It better be that way or else. Or else what you're gonna lay your hands on me again. Because then I will leave you and I won't marry you. You know what? I think I won't be the way you act or who I see in public. You hit me once, and I'm pretty sure you'll do it again. Katie slid her ring off and sat it on the table. Andy walked into his mom and dad's house hey mom hey dad! Andy! They hugged him. It's been years. I had to come back and see my family. I thought you were going to be back on the road by now. I bumped the concert till next month. Yeah, people aren't going to like it, but I had to see you guys before I hit the road. Where's Katie? God, it's been years since we saw that woman. I hope she's doing fine wherever she is.

Five loud bangs hit the door. Please let me in! Please!?! Andy ran to the door. Katie?! He yelled as he swung open the door come in. Come in! He took her hand. Your face what happened?!. What happened? Jason is what happened. Did he hit you?? She looked down as tears fled her face. Where is he?! Tell me. He took her face gently in his hands. No, don't you will lose your career. No, I won't  it's self-defense and helping out the women I love. Now tell me where he is.

Katie?! Jason yelled, looking around for her. You can't hide forever! Katie! Andy walked around and looked for Jason with kaite behind him. He bumped into him. You! What have you done?! Jason looked flustered. Where's katie?! Andy shoved him to the ground and repeatedly punched him. You wanna hit a woman! Hit me! He kept punching him.

Andy! Andy, stop! She tried to get him to stop Andy! A cop pulled by and got out, put your hands up now! Right now! Andy backed up as he had Jason's blood on him, you hands against the door now. Officer, you don't know what made him do that. He was trying to protect me! Let him go.

I'll come and get you. She ran back to his mom and dad's house, and we needed to go now. Your son was arrested. What why? He got mad and he beat Jason to save me, we need to go now.
