In the dense forests of Europe, where shadows whispered secrets and the trees seemed to reach towards the heavens, a solitary figure moved with purpose. His steps were heavy, each footfall shaking the earth beneath him. He was a man tormented by two identities, a soul divided between rage and reason.

Iean Aqish, better known to the world as the Hulk, had been missing since the catastrophic battle of Sokovia. His absence had left a void, a silence in the world that was both eerie and foreboding. While some whispered of his demise, others feared his return.

But in the halls of power, there were those who saw opportunity in his absence. The Malaysian government, under the leadership of Prime Minister YAB Dato Seri Nizam Nordin, had seized upon the chaos left in the wake of the Avengers' battles to enact a new law: the Superhuman Registration Act. It was a mandate meant to bring order to a world teetering on the brink of chaos, to reign in those with extraordinary abilities and hold them accountable for their actions.

And at the top of their list was the Hulk.

Prime Minister Nordin, a man of ambition and cunning, saw the Hulk as both a threat and an opportunity. If he could capture the green behemoth, he would not only secure his own power but also gain control over a force of unimaginable strength.

With the full weight of the Malaysian government behind him, Prime Minister Nordin dispatched his best agents to track down the Hulk. They combed through the forests of Europe, following rumors and whispers, determined to bring the beast to heel.

But the Hulk was not so easily found. He moved like a ghost through the shadows, his senses heightened by years of living on the run. He knew that he was being hunted, that there were those who sought to cage him like an animal.

Yet he refused to surrender. Deep within him, a primal rage burned like a wildfire, driving him ever forward. He would not be captured, not by Prime Minister Nordin or anyone else. He was the Hulk, and he would remain free.

As the agents of the Malaysian government closed in, the Hulk felt the familiar surge of anger rising within him. They thought they could control him, bend him to their will. But they were wrong. They would soon learn that the Hulk was not a creature to be tamed.

For as the sun set on the horizon, casting long shadows across the forest floor, the hunt began in earnest. And in the darkness, the Hulk prepared to unleash his fury upon those who sought to capture him.

In the serene halls of Xavier Mansion, nestled amidst the bustling cityscape of Kuala Lumphattan, a sense of calm prevailed. Here, mutants of all kinds had found sanctuary, a place where they could hone their abilities and find acceptance in a world that often feared them.

But amidst the tranquility, there lingered a tension, a sense of unease that hung in the air like a thick fog. The Superhuman Registration Act loomed over them like a storm cloud, threatening to tear apart the fragile peace they had fought so hard to maintain.

Rizmi, known to the world as Wolverine, prowled the halls of the mansion with a restless energy. His senses were on high alert, his instincts urging him to action. He had always been a loner, a warrior forged in the crucible of battle, and the idea of being forced to register with the government went against every fiber of his being.

But the X-Men had chosen a different path. Led by the wise and enigmatic Professor Hilmi, they had rejected the Registration Act, opting instead to remain neutral in the conflict that threatened to consume the world.

As Rizmi made his way to the professor's office, his mind was filled with thoughts of escape. He longed for the open road, for the freedom to roam wherever his heart desired. And so, when he finally reached Professor Hilmi's door, he wasted no time in getting straight to the point.
