Preview: He rolled his eyes and we continued talking, just like that.
Present: Taehyung POV
I can't believe this! How could they be so rude to me like that? Yoongi hyung didn't seem worried. Actually, on second thought, he kinda did seem worried. I mean, he was asking LISA. Yoongi hyung usually keeps to himself, but he asked Lisa this time, so I guess he was kinda worried. Aish, maybe I should apologize. But it wasn't even my fault! Yes, it was! No, it wasn't! I'm having an entire mental conflict right now, ugh!
What would Yn say? If I were Yn, what would I do? Be stubborn and only apologize when I feel like it? Nah. New person! Rosé! If I were Rosé, what would I do? I would.. realize I'm wrong after a few minutes of thinking and apologize. In this situation, I feel like I'm Rosé. Yeah, I'll just apologize.
I walked over, stood in front of them, and spoke.
V: Hey, guys..
I said, a bit quietly, and they all looked up. Hobi hyung was the first to speak.
J-Hope: Yeah?
V: I just.. I just wanted to apologize for saying Yoongi hyung didn't sound worried at all.. so, sorry.
Yoongi hyung shrugged.
Suga: Eh, don't worry about it. I don't hold grudges.
My eyes slightly lit up, and I kinda felt stupid for thinking that, even though I knew him for years.
V: Wow, really?
Suga: Yeah, sure.
V: So.. we're cool?
Suga: Yeah, we're cool.
I let out a slight sigh of relief, but I didn't make it obvious, even though it seemed like Jin hyung noticed-judging by his slight smirk.
Yn: That was.. beautiful.
She let out a fake sniff, causing everyone, including me and Yoongi hyung, to slightly snicker. Suddenly, Jisoo stood up.
Jisoo: Guys, I think we're forgetting the fact that we need to save Yn's mom.
She said, making everyone's eyes widen and embarrassment to wash over all of our faces, especially Yn's.
Yn: Oops, I feel so bad, now..
She muttered.
Jennie: It's alright, we all do.
She reassuringly pat Yn's back, making her slightly smile. Everyone stood up and Namjoon spoke.
RM: Right, now we need to get back to work.
Everyone nodded and we all went to the 'training room'.
AN POV
Meanwhile...
LOCATION: Unknown.
Aria: Huh..?
She opened her eyes and looked around, seemingly confused. As she looked around, she noticed that she seemed to be in a bedroom- her bedroom, back in Canada. Panic washed over her expression, fear filling her body, as she realized where she was. Scrambling out of bed, she looked out the windows. The only things running through her mind: "No, no, no.. this can't be. I can't be in Canada, what about my kids?"
She was worried about Yn, Soojin and Mino, she was scared, especially for the. She knew Yn could handle herself, but the worries lingered around in her chest, especially with Yn's supernatural abilities. Yn wasn't fully trained yet, and she probably had no idea about her abilities, which terrified Aria. The twins, they had Yn and her friends and their grandparents, but the extreme fear about what was going to happen to them was terrifying. Knowing how her husband was, she was scared for them.
Aria, panicked, tried taking a few deep breaths to calm herself. She kept saying, "It's okay, my kids will be safe.. they're in good hands.." to herself, in order to calm herself down. She remembered something, something she always used to do to calm her nerves. She lifted her thumb to her mouth and started to blow on it, knowing that the vagus nerve in the thumb is connected to the heart rate and will slow it down (science lesson, ya'll). After a few moments, she felt her heart rate slow down and she slid down on the wall, looking around properly.
Ding ding! She suddenly remembered a passage she had discovered many years back, when the twins were just born. There was a passage, in her closet, that would allow her to escape. She was never able to use it, due to the twins being to young, and over time, she's forgotten about it existing. It seems that in times of your fright, there's always a solution to help, if you just calm down and think.
She got up, dusted her clothes, and was about to walk into the closet. But before she could do anything, the door opened, attracting her attention, and walking in was.. Kim Jaehyun- your father- accompanied by the devilish smirk dancing on his lips.
