The Wizard took his staff and moved Amber's arm and moved her right leg for extra balance and said: try this pose..
Amber took down the target in one shot
She looked at her hands..

The Wizard nodded..
Crystal was finally awake at that time
And went down for breakfast but she saw no one and that when she heard the wizard and amber talking
She thought: this early in the morning??
She's already training??
Probably why she's better then me
She ate her breakfast and went to train..
She trained..
Amber thought her the new technique..
Crystal:wow i already feel stronger..
The Wizard went to prepare there dinner...
After a while when the sisters were resting they heard the wizard calling them for dinner
