Chapter 7

Austin sat down beside me and started rubbing my back to comfort me. He always used to rub my back when we were little because my animals used to always die and he knew that rubbing my back would make me feel a little better.  

"Remember when we used to go out by your animals grave and just make little funerals for them?" Austin asked.

"Yea. We used to do that a lot!" 

"And when I used to always make you laugh when you were crying" He added. 

I was so confused why he added that but then he started tickling me to make me laugh and happy again. I'm so thankful that I finally remembered Austin after he confessed about having a crush on me. 

"Sarah, Can I do something that I've been wanting to do for a while now?"

"Sure?" I said looking confused

Austin began leaning in to kiss me and I was just sitting there like an idiot not even kissing him back. I didn't know what to do or say. The kiss was amazing and I didn't want it to stop, but it had to come to a end. After the kiss, we starred into each others eyes for a while. 

"What was that for?" I asked him biting lip.

"I'll explain later, but I think you need to tell someone bye before they leave."

I knew what he was talking about and I didn't want to say goodbye this quick.

"I don't think I can, Austin"

"I believe in you and if you can't just grab my hand and I'll be there for you."

"Okay.." I say grabbing Austin's hand. We walk back inside together and I felt like crying again, but I had to be strong for my mom...
