'Samchon!!! We are back!!!' Jian shouted as she kept the food on the table and ran inside to check what her uncle was doing. Hyeri entered the room to see Jinman drilling metal bars in the window. She chuckled lightly at the protective nature of Jinman, but understood the reason for it. After everything they have gone through, she knew Jinman would always prioritize safety for his niece.

Jinman stopped his work and looked at the women who entered the room, his eyes lingering over Hyeri with a small smile, who returned it. Jian frustrated at the bars complained, 'why do you install security bars on the fifth floor. What kind of crazy thief would climb to the fifth floor for something? Besides I don't even have any money'. Hearing this, Hyeri's mind went back to the moment when a young Jian jumped from the pipes to the ground, when she and Honda went to protect her. A small sense of guilt crossed her mind at her failure to protect her brother and Jian at that time. Jinman noticed the solemn look on her face and changed the subject to demonstrate the bulletproof closet, which pissed of Jian even more.

Jian then mentioned a convenience store owner who cheated her got into an 'accident' and broke his arms and legs. Hyeri stood wide eyed, accusing at Jinman who admitted it much to Hyeri's chargin and Jian's disbelief. He then took a photo of Jian's ID and repeated the number and lectured her on its importance. Done with her uncle, Jian left the room to start eating while leaving the adults behind.

'I know you care about Jian, but don't you think it's too excessive to break that guy, and all. She was right, this closet is really pathetic. Couldn't you customize it to make it look more teenage appropriate?', she gestured the cabinet. 'Does looks really matter? Her safety was on my mind than this' Jinman said looking at the cabinet. 'Aish....you really should pay attention to your teen niece more. Kids look for something to suit the taste. Yours till need to learn a lot' Hyeri teased him. 'Then can you come with me to choose something for her then?', he asked facing her. Hyeri's heart skipped a beat. Jinman was barely expressive but in these moments his face holds something she doesn't want to decipher- was there really a chance he loves her? Is there chance for something else other than friendship? For now she is satisfied with whatever they have, but a part of her longs for something more. 'Sure', she replied with a small blush, then looked back at the room. 'And allow her to date alright??cut some slack. Not everyone has to have a lackluster love life like you' she laughed. 'She can date when I start dating' he replied staring at her. 'Then you need to step up soon. Real soon, atleast for her sake' Hyeri fumbled, with a red face. He chuckled totally aware of the effect he has on her and continued to sort the box.

Hyeri then srared at the cabinet and drills 'Will Bale really strike back?' She questioned him, trying to hide her nervousness looking at the cabinet. Despite being quite a fighter, she is no mercenary like them and the previous escapade still lives fresh on her mind. She is glad Jian forgot about that, but her brother's death still haunts her time to time. Jinman gazed at the woman in front of him, the one he loved for years, still afraid to confess for the fear of Bale and others, and of the guilt for being the cause of her brother's death indirectly. He remembers how she cared for him after their missions, looked after his wounds, the familial love she had with her family. While he, Honda were killers, she had been a pharmacist and a doctor for them. Though she accepted her brother's profession, a part of her was hesitant to harm people, but won't hesitate to retaliate if harm comes to her loved ones.

'You don't need to worry about anything. Nothing will happen' Jinman assured her. Hyeri acknowledged with a nod, 'By the way I won't be available for the next 3 months. I am going on a crash course for next 2 months and we have a camp in some countryside. The tower will be pretty bad over there so don't worry if you can't contact me okay?' Hyeri said picking up boxes. 'No contact??! Then don't go', Jinman silently begged, holding onto her, 'It's risky '.

'Hey...I am not a kid alright. Don't worry about me, I am take of myself. You look after the shopping mall. It's just one month and my colleagues will be there. So don't overthink. Come on...let's eat some good bibimbap now'. Jinman looked as she walked away with a worried face, wondering if he need to change the schedule for his plan. 'Why are you overthinking....let's just enjoy now' Hyeri said as she dragged him towards the food.
