Planet 9 gave Neptune some candy, he didn't know he'd regret it later.
"Here ya go bud!" Planet 9 said as he gave Neptune the candy.
"THANKS!" Neptune ate the candy almost immediately, Neptune then had a rush of energy running through his body.

Planet 9 was trying to stop Neptune from running across the solar system.
"HÆHÆHÆ" Neptune laughed like a maniac as he ran in circles.
"C-Calm down Neptune!"
Planet 9 was chasing Neptune around, he was out of breath...
He eventually got to Neptune and tackled him
"Stay!" Neptune stayed, almost like a dog...
