Willow Falls: Amanda and Leo

     As I'm biking home, I can't believe she said yes. I'm thrilled. I want to text Amanda as soon as I get home. I'm missing her too much already. I petal even faster and soon enough I'm busting through the door. As I walk in my mom says

     "How was your trip to Amanda's house?"

    "Good." I say

    "Tell me what happened. Your the worlds worst liar on the planet. I know something's up. Tell me Leo!" My mother whines. 

    "Well, I asked Amanda if she wanted to date me. Then we kissed. That's all ma." I say as normal as I can. My mom squeals and starts acting like a little kid. While she's busy squealing, jumping, and telling everyone; I am able to slip away and text Amanda. I don't see any messages from her. So I pick  my phone up and text her.

LEO: Hi. Hope you can text me now.

I wait for a response from Amanda. 2 minutes later, she texts back.

AMANDA: Hi. I can text. I just finished dinner. So what do you want to talk about?

LEO: Did you tell anyone about us yet?

I don't gat a response right away, afraid she might have left or she's scared. Then  a reply come in.

AMANDA: My mom, Roy and Tara. And soon David

LEO: I may have told someone too.

AMANDA: Who? Don't tell me your mom!

LEO: It was my mom. She kept pestering me about what happened and finally I told her. 

AMANDA: I plan on telling my dad soon, and Kylie. 

LEO: I'm so happy!

AMANDA: I'm happier that I'm yours now.

LEO: I never thought you would say yes.

AMANDA: Whay should you think that?

LEO: IDK.

AMANDA: GTG, meet me at Apple grove at 10 am.

LEO: I wish I could see you now. 

AMANDA: me too babe. See ya tomorrow. Bye

LEO: Bye :(

AMANDA: Luv you ;) bye :(

    After that,  I put my phone down and look at my light brown ceiling. All I can think about is Amanda. I wonder what she has planed for us tomorrow. I just rest my head and eventually fall asleep.

     I'm being shaken awake by someone in the morning. When I open my eye, I expect to see my mom. But instead I see Amanda, her dirty blonde puffy hair, her white teeth, her green eyes, her soft lips, and her beautiful self. I smile and she smiles back. I peck her lips and she grins. Then she says

    "It's 9:35 right now. We are suppose to meet Rory, Tara, and David in less than a half an hour!!!!! Hurry up!" I get out of bed not know what to wear. So I ask her what should I wear? She says "where the blue T-shirt and the tan cargo shorts." The I look at her again and I see her in a blue T-shirt and tan shorts. She is so beautiful and gorgeous. I'm so happy she's mine.  I see her smile too. Then stops, looks at her watch and says "Hurry up. It's 9:40. We have to leave in 5 minutes!" So I rush to get changed, not caring Amanda's still there, and hurry down stairs. 3 minutes to eat. Great. Before I go into the kitchen, amanda says "I have food at Apple Grove. You can eat then." I smile greatful for her think ahead. She's special that way. 

     I'm in the back of Ray's car  with Amanda. She and I are holding hands. I squeeze her hand she squeezes back. I can tell with looking, she's grinning. Then I feel myself grinning too. By the time we get to Apple grove, Amanda has fallen asleep on me. Her head in my chest my hand on her back. She looks so peaceful. Then Tara and Rory come running to the car. As soon as they see Amanda, they mouth, wake her up. I mouth back no. So then they go back form where they came from, and Amanda had woken up, her green eyes bright and full of energy. I help her get out and then say

    "What is all this?" 

    "Happy birthday babe." Amanda says. Then she pecks my check and then goes off to Rory and Tara. I get out of Ray's beat up car, and sit patiently on a neat by rock, until Amanda is sitting right next to me. She leans her head into my shoulder. I take my left arm and wrap my arm around her. She seems happy. Then she hands me a pice of bread to eat. I grab it and  devour it. Then she leads me down a path. I wonder what she had done.
