TIME SKIPS!

It's 13 June..the day I don't like it much.
My birthday.

I sighed and tossed over my couch,it was a tiring day at work.
It's just a normal day for me.. nothing special.

It's almost 8 pm, but what surprised me today was that I didn't get birthday wishes from the people I only expected.

Anyways they have their own life.
As I rested on the couch, I heard the doorbell ring.

I opened the door and it was him.

I once again heard the door bell ring and to my surprise it was Vidyut and Archit loudly singing "happy birthday ADVITA"

A smile curled up on my lips as they continued singing.
A chocolate cake in their hands with a candle and my name written on it.

"I thought you guys forgot, that I exist too"

They gave me a side eye

We wished and sang happy birthday to her as she cut the cake.

She never liked celebrating her birthday for some reason, but we couldn't let her be sad on this day.

"Did you like the surprise?" I mumbled.

"Of course I loved it" she smiled.

My heart smiled too

"Actually guys even I have a surprise for you both"

"Return surprise?" Archit's voice echoed.

I waited for her to answer about it.

"Just wait here.. I'll be back with the surprise"

We both patiently waited but my heart couldn't wait for her surprise!
My mind was filled with so many things like what could it be?

My heart was filled with anticipation

Advita came back but with someone.

"Ye mahapurush kaun hai?" Archit spoke before I could.
(Who's this gentleman?")

"Uhh..so I've been keeping this a little too private from you guys but I'm ready to tell you both about it.

My mind just struck one thing which I didn't want.

"I've been dating Mihir for a while now...and we both love each other"

Did I hear everything correctly?

She loves..

"How could you keep such a thing a secret from us Jungli billi?" Archit blurted.

"You can never behave jungli billa" Advita narrowed her eyes towards Archit.

"Umm..if you guys are done arguing..shall I introduce myself?"

"Jab date Tak kar liya tab toh permission nahi li, ab kyu le rahe hai aap permission? Please go ahead" Archit forwarded a sarcastic reply.

My mind couldn't process anything else..it was blank.

My heart was feeling numb..why..?

"So I'm Mihir Singhania and I'm a businessman" Mihir smiled.

"Mihir you know Vidyut he's also one of the biggest businessmen in the country"

"Oh yeah I see...nice to meet you Vidyut"

Before I could say anything or react my phone buzzed.

"I'm so sorry I need to take this call"

I left the house and walked outside in the lawn and took a long breath before picking up the call.

After I was done with the call I didn't feel like staying there now.

Even the air was suffocating me there...I just wanted to leave.

So I walked out of her lawn and sat in my car and drove out.

I texted Archit that I'm going out due to some urgent work.

I was driving on the empty highway at a speed of 120km/h even that felt too slow.

My mind was going crazy.

I opened the windows of my car to get some oxygen.
My chest felt too tight.

My phone again rang but this time it was her.

My phone flashed her name and my heart crushed into pieces.

I didn't receive her call.

She kept calling for numerous times but I resisted myself not to pick up any calls.

I just couldn't.

"Archit why is he taking so much time to talk outside?"

" I don't know..let me call him"

Archit went to see Vidyut out in the lawn.

He came back alone.

"Where is Vidyut?"

"He's not there nor even his car is parked outside"

"Where did he go?"

"I'll find him wait.." Archit spoke taking out his phone.

"He texted me that he's going out due to some urgent work" he sp5oke.

"Looks like he's too busy" Mihir spoke smiling.

I just smiled a little and hummed.

"Umm...I should leave too now" Archit spoke.

"But.." I was intrupped by Mihir.

"Yeah it's pretty late man" Mihir spoke.

"Yeah I can see the time..thanks for letting me know" Archit smiled like a clown.

"Take care Jungli billi..will meet you tomorrow"

Archit left.

"I'm sorry Mihir don't get hurt by his words he's childish sometimes and says anything "

"It's okay Advita, maybe he's insecure about something "

"No..Mihir he sometimes behaves childish with new people doesn't mean he's insecure about something...you barely know him or even Vidyut"

"Okay okay mam...I'm sorry. It wasn't my intention to hurt you"

I smiled as he apologized for it.

I'm back with the update after quite a long time.
I'm sorry I was stuck with some work and other things too.

But I will try to update you guys constantly now hopefully.
