07:00 AM 20 January Nyx's room Scatorica's castle: Nyx's pov
I woke up thanks to my annoying alarm I set for today. After standing up I decided to wear a cute green top with black pants and of course my gloves to cover my hands and my wand. The reason I wear those is because I can like every other person perform magic with my hands but with shadow magic your hands will slowly turn black the more you use it. Sometimes it stays there for ever like with me my fingertips are for ever a dark black. Also, the reason I use a wand because I doesn't make performing magic easier believe me it makes it really hard. But after al lot of practises, it will work in a normal duel.
Looking through my calendar I see that today is the day that the pirates will give us another delivering of food for gems. Scatorica is rich of gems but has not much allies to deal them with. Our land is not poor, quite the opposite but we can't make our own food what makes live a bit difficult but me and mine family are always helping the land wherever we can. I can't wait to see Daina again. She is my best friend ever since our lands have an alliance with each other. I looked at the cloak and saw it was 09:26 AM time to go to the harbours and welcome the pirates or the water folks like I like to say it.
09:00 AM 20 January By the coast of Scatorica: Diana's pov
"Land ahoy" said Steve from the crow's nest. I was excited to see Nyx again it has been a while about 5 months, so I got a lot of stories to tell this girl. I was standing on the bowsprit of the boat having the wind going through my hair when I saw the harbour. Time on time it seems to impress me. I jump of the ship, and I landed flawless. What can I say I had a lot of practises on the ship to prevent boring me dead. "Well, hello pretty princess" I said to Nyx. "Well, hello pirate got everything" Was her response. Well, that is boring straight to the point. "Of course, your majesty" I said while bowing. "o shut up you're also a princess" she said annoyed but smirking.
12:30 PM 20 January Dianna's room Scatorica's castle: Nyx's pov
After helping the guards and pirate crew with unpacking al the food. There was as always time over. The perfect time to set up Dianna's room and for her to tell her stories. She sleeps as always in the room next to my room with a balcony and everything. While helping her settle in she began telling stories. I didn't hear everything but most of them was about fighting with sea monsters and trading with all the cities in their alliance.
04:36 PM Dianna's room Scatorica's castle: Nxy's pov
"For once I also have a story to tell" I said when she was done. "Really the helping my people badass has a story to tell?" Dianna said while bouncing on the bed. "Okay a more serious and dangerous story." "Dangerous stories are my thing but what is going on with a dangerous serious story? Has something happened?" She said. "Yes, I heard a sound yesterday evenin-" "A noise really that is dangerous and serious. You scared me" she said with a really expression on her face. "Let me speak. As I was saying I heard a noise at midnight yesterday and went to investigate it. And it was the light army what do you think they were doing in the tunnels of the castle?" I said like it was the normalist thing to say while Anglalica our biggest enemy and treat was. "NOW WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY" she screamed in my ear. "They were in the tunnels near the harbour, and I blasted them away into the ocean and called the guards. O yeah, the prince was also there." I said again as if it happened every time. She just stood there with a stunned expression.
And then out of nowhere as if she remember something she said: "Our parents have later a meeting with the rest of +the world so I need to stay here for ½ weeks is that okay?" Now I was the one with a stunned expression. Somebody like me who is a perfectionist and wants everything perfect was this like a bombshell landing on your calendar and mind. "WHAT?!" I screamed. "Girls you need to sleep so please turn the volume down and are you going to your room Nyx" My mother interrupted. I stared at Dianna and mounted we are going to talk about this. And I said with a fake smile while walking out of the room "Yes mother have a good night, Dianna." "Goodnight your majesty" she said smirking.
