Everything was going wrong. Chan was only trying to work but that was almost impossible with two kids demanding his attention (Changbin and Felix), two more fighting (Jisung and Hyunjin), another crying (Jeongin), and two more also terrorizing each other (Minho and Seungmin). The boys were bored, he knew that and they needed to get out and run around.
"Alright, Sungie, Jinnie, give it a rest" Chan pulled the two apart.
"He stole my brush!" Hyunjin pointed at Jisung, with tear filled eyes.
"I did not!" Jisung argued.
"Yes you did!" Hyunjin insisted. Jeongin stopped crying and his mouth fell open. He got up and slowly started creeping out of the room.
"Jeongin, freeze" Chan turned in his chair, looking at the maknae. Jeongin stopped, acting nervous.
"Did you take Hyunjin's brush?" Chan questioned. Hyunjin turned to the maknae also, wondering if this was true.
"nooo....yes" Jeongin nodded, hanging his head.
"That was very wrong. You owe Hyunjin an apology and I want you to return the brush to him" Chan scolded. Jeongin nodded and handed the paintbrush back over to Hyunjin, who took it while glaring at him.
"Alright, let's go to the park" Chan closed his computer and got up. The other kids got up too, going downstairs and getting their shoes on. Chan picked up Jeongin and Felix and walking to the park.
"Hyung! Stop it" Changbin hissed at Minho.
"Minho, what are you doing?" Chan wondered.
"He's poking me!" Changbin whined. Minho poked him again.
"Minho, stop that" Chan gently pulled the oldest kid away from Changbin. Minho sulked at that but didn't argue and kept walking to the park. As soon as it was time to leave, chaos erupted. It seemed the park was actually a bad idea because now none of the boys wanted to leave.
"Seungmin, come down from there!" Chan ordered. Seungmin hesitated, he was quite comfortable on the roof of the playhouse.
"One....two...." Chan waited. Seungmin looked around and then decided to just jump off. Chan caught him and spun him to the side and swatted him twice.
"Oww!" Seungmin whined.
"The roof of playgrounds are not your toy! It's dangerous" Chan lectured. Seungmin nodded, sniffling a little.
"Go sit on the bench with Minho" Chan gave him a slight push to walk and Seungmin went to join Minho on the bench while Chan caught the other boys.
"Shh!" Hyunjin covered Felix's mouth to keep him from giving their position away. Chan caught both of them at the same time, carrying them over to the bench. Next was Changbin, who had Jeongin in his arms and there was no finding Jisung no matter how much Chan tried.
"Han Jisung! Come out here right now!" Chan waited. Jisung came running over, not liking the use of his whole name and finally they could all go home. The good thing was that despite the seven boys trying to hide from Chan, they were pretty tired out after the trip to the park and didn't give him any problems when Chan decided it was time for bed.
"Goodnight Minho" Chan kisses the kids head and went over to Changbin, doing the same. He went to the middle room, tucking Hyunjin, Seungmin and Jeongin into their beds and then tucking Felix and Jisung into bed before finally getting his work finished.
